gorey descriptions i guess? yeah

opening my empty flesh i gaze into the hole

it's not a gory sight, hardly a sight at all

i unzipped myself like a pillow times before

every content pouring out into someone elses hands

with tender words i'm zipped shut

as if never opened

yet still empty

my thread has loosened in moments past

the remains of me greedily pulled out

taken away to who knows where

before swiftly being sewn shut

appearing untouched, empty again

i've had a moment sliced open

gazed hungrily into my own flesh

all of me is ripped away to someone

not bothering to close the wound

i appear hollow and discarded

eviscerated, i look back on times

that what was stolen was loose fluff

or plush filling

surrounded by deep pools and my own viscera

i wonder what changed to make me bleed

Autumn's Ritual:

My hope is to create some sort of (daily?) writing practice. Even if it's just a random thought, or quote, or note to self.

This will be my first blog with a tagging system. I usually hide my thoughts in the tags. Most people scroll past tags, or they get lost along the way, so it's easier to just throw thoughts down without overthinking.

My other blogs have very direct themes. This blog is for random things, and all of the things I think about posting, but never do.
