i fear this is going to, as they say it, Flop, but: kind people, share your blorbo thoughts. even if they are as follows: “a yao somft” or “purble..” or “rotates him in my mind”. any thoughts are welcome. i’ll take them all

#shrimp thoughts #my thoughts:#1. good god but the way literally everyone in mdzs + chengqing in cql physically Cannot achieve their happy endings. they all end up #miserable or dead because of who they are and the world they live in but not in a 'so that's on them' way but rather 'three hours of #sobbing' way #2. on one hand i know that while jgy wanted love and happiness he wouldn't be fulfilled in a simple cottagecore fantasy. he'd die of boredom #and setting a fix-it in a world where jgy lives quietly and values simplicity over Power™ feels a bit. how to put it. 'And This Is How This #Character Can Be Happy! (by changing who they are completely; and coincidentally changing themself the way we think they should have)#but also i don't believe that dying/being close to death/just getting blackmailed had no effect on him and that he'd still go straight for #Power But This Time In Yellow. so i'm trying to figure out what i think would be good for my au and i'm leaning towards #'another third option which is worse'#3. i think a-yao would see a dog and go hello :-) at it. and he'd be happy if the dog wagged hello :-) back
