Itโs been established that Iโm completely obsessed with your fic โMeans to an Endโ and I was wondering if you could PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE just spare me a couple more crumbs!!!!! Whether itโs just a couple of backstory ideas that didnโt make it into the fic, outtakes, lil fun facts, more info on the twins and readers highschool drama, or more info on Atsumu and Ames relationship, LITERALLY ANYTHING.
At this point Iโm starving ๐, you could throw me a bone and I would die happy.
OBVIOUSLY I donโt want to force you or anything, if youโre not comfortable with doing any of those things, or if I overstepped a boundary, than Iโm sorry and I understand. I wouldnโt be at all booty hurt.
This is just me being desperate, delusional, and annoying ๐ญ. ( I was going to ask some questions but my mind is blanking for some reason ๐)

atsumu's not usually the grateful type.
some might argue that he should be. the talent he's been blessed with, the opportunities that came with it โ but what none of those whiny little piss-ants seem to understand is that those things weren't given to him. he worked for them. hours on the court, practicing with samu, competing against him. drills, endless fucking drills, running til he puked, set after set after set, serve after serve after serve until he was practically fuckin' flawless.
he won't be grateful for his teammates, or his coaches, not even for samu. they worked their asses off to get where they are, too, and samuโ samu's his other half. a part of him. it'd be like being grateful for his right foot or grateful for his lungs.
you certainly didn't trip and just fall into their laps โ onto your knees, pretty mouth begrudgingly parted โ back then, either. never let it be said that he and osamu half ass these things.
but as the girl behind the counter lays out her tray, glittering, shiny โ expensive โ pieces splayed out to show him, atsumu decides that maybe he has to rethink that.
because he is grateful, really.
ame might as well be a gift, wrapped in ribbon and fucking lace, delivered right into his hands. his sweet, eager to please, idiot girlfriend. atsumu grins, hardly listening to the sales assistant prattle on about the collection โ but to his credit, he pretends, throwing in a nod and thoughtful hum every now and then.
'just get her a decent looking fake, s'not like she's gonna know,' samu had said. 'why waste the money?' the why bother goes unsaid.
osamu's not wrong, exactly. he isn't in love with ame, some days he can't stand her. she's fucking annoying at the best of times. ame's not the end goal here โ more of a means to that end โ but he's not gonna sit and pretend he's not kinda looking forward to breaking her heart and kicking her to the kerb.
but if ame's been good for one thing โ if he's grateful to her for anything โ it's that she making all this so damn easy.
always chattering, giggling, smiling, bulldozing over your worries and fears. not that you told her the full truth. he doubts that even she'd be able to overlook that, but you told her enough that would've raised some serious red flags with anyone else.
not ame. not his girlfriend. your best friend, supposedly.
what's there to worry about? he and samu, they've grown up since high school, matured, lost that mean streak of theirs. she's so in love with the idea of him that she can't even imagine the atsumu you're intimately familiar with.
he almost died laughing when, at dinner the other night, she'd bashfully admitted to wanting to play a little matchmaker with you and osamu over the weekend. like he and samu haven't already seen you naked, fucked you โ claimed you as theirs in every way that counts.
and sure, you've always been easy enough to manipulate to where they want you. even without ame this reprieve of yours was only ever gonna be a temporary thing โ til they got their shit together, at least โ but fuck it all if she wasn't going out of her way to make it a nice, smooth transition.
he glances up at the sales girl, a grin already taking shape. 'the earrings.' he says, jabbing a finger at the diamonds, 'i'll take 'em.'
she deserves something nice, considering he's just so damn grateful for her help in all of this.

Iโve been watching a lot of zombie shows lately (ex: the walking dead, last of us, all of us are dead, world war z, zombieland etc. etc)
And while watching all those shows, they always managed to remind me about your zombie fic โfinders keepersโ which would then lead me to wonder and boil with questions. So if you donโt mind and if it doesnโt trouble you too much, I would like to ask a couple of things โฆ.
1. How did the apocalypse start?
2. When it did start, were they at school and just so happen to group up? Or did they join forces in a different manner?
3. While oikawa and the reader were taking shelter, where were the others?
4. When the reader went out to search for supplies for oikawa, we know the twins were following her, but what were they doing out in the first place?
5. (I might be a lil slow for this, but) Which of the twins killed the zombie, Atsumu or Osamu?
6. Why does inarizaki take in โstraysโ and what do they do to them? And what do they do once the strays in question want to leave their group?
7. For how long did the twins have eyes for the reader?
8. How far along are they into the apocalypse?
9. How come no one seems concerned with reuniting with family or loved ones?
10. Whatโs the initial reaction from the inarizaki group when they see that the twins brought the reader to their base?
Well I think thatโs all my questionsโฆ hopefully. But I know for damn sure that if an apocalypse were to actually happen that Iโd be like the reader utterly useless and helpless (but unlike her I wonโt have any strong and beautiful men to help or protect me ๐)
I would also probably opt out ๐ญ (people in zombie shows always have so much will to live and for what?!?!?).
Anyways, I always enjoy seeing your blog and reading yours answers to questions asked by us. I love how Iโll be doing anything in my day, and something (no matter how small it is) will remind me of one of your many glorious fics.

i like to go with pharmaceutical fuck up/virus/pandemic thing ร la 28 days later or the walking dead
nah, they were friends before it hit, but even pre-apocalypse it wasn't intended to be a volleyball specific thing
well technically it depends. prior to oikawa being bitten they were on a supply run. in the aftermath, they would've gone back to the school, found it overrun and depending on your own personal choice, either found themselves at the wrong end of a zombie's teeth, or they're trying to track oikawa and the reader down after escaping themselves

whichever one you think. truly i wrote it and left it ambiguous because 1) the reader couldn't see shit and couldn't determine it herself and 2) it could honestly have been either of them and i found it funnier that way. go with whatever your heart tells you
i like to think that inarizaki actually have more of a 'community'. small, but not just a bunch of guys. considering that there's food, medicine, a fuck-ton of guns and men willing to use them, they're usually pretty happy to stay. loyal enough to look the other way when it becomes clear the reader isn't going to be able to just waltz out the front gate like she thinks
inarizaki (or the core members) were aware that a few people were holing up in the school, weren't too concerned about it. more of a 'keep an eye on it and see if it becomes a problem' kind of sitch. they didn't know that group included a woman, not with how anal the others were about keeping the reader safe and tucked away from prying eyes. it was pure luck that the twins caught sight of her during a patrol, a little while before iwa and the other two left and zombies found their way inside. funny that.
somewhere between 6-12 months. long enough for the world to go to shit and for people to become adjusted to that. sort of
mostly because they either saw their family and loved ones die or they believe the chances they're still alive are slim enough not to pin hopes and dreams on. also in the reader's case because even if she had plans of meeting up/looking for someone, they'd put that shit to bed real quick
honestly i think kita would want to disapprove, but how can he? yes the twins were reckless and yes they should have discussed this together beforehand so they could have planned this, but he can't and won't argue with the end result. the reader wasn't safe where she was, now she is. she'll have access to things she was woefully lacking previously, the twins are satisfied, it's the best solution all round. thanks in no small part to how seijoh 4 treated her, there's no chance she'd survive out there on her own. such a sweet, vulnerable, helpless little thing, how could the rest of them not just want to eat her right up? they are ofc unsurprised by the twins pulling some bullshit, but hey, no one (they care about) died right? win-win.

Im currently at the airport (my plane got delayed cause of weather rip ๐ฅฒ) but the airport that Iโm at is so ridiculously huge that I had to take a shuttle just to get to my gate, which got me thinking about a little scenario.
Imagine MSBY manager finally escaping from the MSBYs 4 grasp because she needed to use the โbathroomโ but in reality she had a plan all along to escape.
I have a feeling that either Bokuto or Hinata would try to enter the bathroom with her but ultimately canโt because of too many witnesses and they are popular athletes.
What do you think would happen in this scenario, do you think that they would follow her into the bathroom after all, or maybe they wouldnโt let her go at all because of suspicion of her running off?
What inspired this scenario was because in the first book of twilight when Bella manages to escape from Alice and jasper due to the fact that the airport she was in was huge and the bathroom that she went in had an other exit
(I have a whole lot more to this idea and another idea of the reader working at hooters and serving the MSBY as their waitress but if I added it all in then this post then it would be longer than the Bible ๐.)

tbh i don't think that in the context of a manager au, or building upon the story created in unprofessional, that 'escape' for the reader means running away. she's not still there because they're keeping her captive or locked up in the traditional sense (and like some of the other yans i've written) she's there because they could ruin her if she leaves โ she's allowed some semblance of freedom and autonomy. or the guise of it, anyway.
no, if anything the girls' bathroom presents a unique opportunity for a few precious minutes of peace. of not being pawed at and felt up, tugged between the three more exuberant players. a few minutes without the oppressive weight of sakusa's dark eyes tracking her every movement.
unfortunately for her, what she hasn't taken into account is that the bathroom presents another opportunity to said players, who've had to be on their best (somewhat) behaviour in public: privacy.
after all, it's not difficult to sneak in. all those confusing entries and exits, the two bathrooms splitting off from one another, no one could blame one of them for 'accidentally' walking into the wrong one.

I absolutely love it when you give us more insight on the story and characters, it makes it more realโฆ.in a way. I always admire how creative you are and how youโre able to take a tiny idea and make it into a wonderful story, especially how youโre able to translate that idea into words. Did ame work as a spy for the twins (though she was unaware of it)?
what happened right after the non-con scene?
Since the reader came in their own car werenโt the twins a bit sus of the reader booking it since they still havenโt moved yet?
Why did Osamu treat the reader with kindness while Atsumu feigned ignorance?
When the reader and ame went to get massages and they twins were left alone, what were they doing (were they planning)?
How did Atsumu manage to give ame a genuine smile when he doesnโt love her?
I know you mentioned that when Atsumu breaks up with ame, he would either do it gently (as gently as he could manage) or reveal everything that happened between them and the reader (depending on the mood he was in) but if he were to do the latter, would ame be horrified at the person she was in love with/ feel bad for the reader?
Like would she tell anyone or keep it to herself?
(Im so sorry if Iโm making a nuisance of myself ๐ฅฒ and thank you a lot for the advice and answering my previous questions, it truly makes my day. ๐
I will try to write with the information youโve given me in mind , though Iโm a tad nervous since I donโt really know where to start.

not really? tsumu was pretty aware that if he kept bringing up the reader, even ame would start to get suspicious. plus he was playing into the whole 'i don't remember her from school' thing so
clean up. atsumu had to go take care of ame, leaving the reader in osamu's capable hands while he bitched and moaned about it
nope, they were confident enough that she wouldn't make a scene and wouldn't want to ruin ame's birthday and potentially risk their friendship. even if she did, it would just mean casting the plan aside and going for the more direct, less pleasant route
personally he thinks tsumu's idea of feigning ignorance to be pretty dumb, but that's not his problem. they're both trying to get under her skin in their own way. on the surface, it puts ame at ease, they're adamant they've grown and there's no bad blood between them, so of course he's not going to be a dick right out of the gate. more to the point, he knows that the friendly attitude will unnerve the hell out of the reader, and he likes that thought just a little too much
nothing nefarious lol, just chilling
he's a good actor
of course she would. ame's not an unfeeling bitch, she genuinely cares about her friend and would be horrified and disgusted, both with herself and with the twins. had she known the full truth behind their relationship, all the awful things they'd done to her back in high school, she never would have given atsumu the time of day in the first place, much less put the reader in a position where the she would be forced to spend time with them. as for whether she'd tell anyone, what's there to tell? what proof does she have? the twins are still blackmailing the reader โ ame goes to the press or does anything to risk their relationship, all she'd be doing is kicking her while she's down... and who's to say ame wasn't complicit in the first place?
