Your posts always make me wanna rewatch Digimon... especially now that I'm older, I feel like kid-me's hatred of Daisuke was totally overblown, and I wonder if I'd like him more now... Maybe I should watch it in Japanese this time...

I mean …. I’m not going to lie even I have a certain amount of nostalgia re: the U.S. dub ( I do love the voice actors, puns, etc. among other things !!!) b u t

seriously omg they tbh changed SO MUCH re characterizations, certain or particular dynamics with the characters etc and yes please if you get the chance PLEASE rewatch in Japanese and you’ll maybe see what I mean

it may not become very obvious at first but once you’ve rewatched it in full YEAH
