ooc;; okay but listen. I was listening to a PJO podcast and they were interviewing a writer of the show and she brought up the amazing point about how the 'fatal flaws' associated with the demigods also seem to be associated with their biggest strengths. So like Percy as an example, where his fatal flaw is that he would rather sacrifice the world than give up on a friend, and this is reflected in the fact that his loyalty is also his biggest strength. Or with Annabeth, we have the classic fatal flaw of hubris, but one of her biggest strengths is her pride and confidence in her own work

and it's rewired my brain when i think about these kids and their fatal flaws. Especially thinking about nico and holding grudges as a fatal flaw--so what does this mean his strength is from this flaw? His determination in pursing justice? His drive to keep moving forward?? frankly unwell

I’ve had a lot happen in my personal life that has kept me away from here sadly from multiple deaths, the stress of a sick family member, my own health, college, and even my brother getting married because the lead up to that was very straining. I’m also currently sick right now with a possible sinus infection, but tbh just estimating when I’ll be on will be near the end of December likely because that will be when my semester ends.
