Given their reciprocal trust, the monk is more than content to provide such knowledge, as well as confirm or deny whatever Gale could study in prior to their meeting.

🟎✧ Despite his firm independence, Tara never ceases her attempts to fuss over Jack. Jack, is his turn, is respectful and polite to decline the most of the tressym's fussing, but does occasionally gives in under her care. Gale thinks it's cute and heartwarming.

🟎✧ Jack is appreciative of Gale's cooking, but he does miss kozakurian cuisine from time to time and thus would prepare food to himself once gained all the necessary ingredients. He doesn't have an exact type aka the woes of being a wholehearted demipan, but he does lean towards chaotic dumbasses who often happen to be intelligent af in paradox to this - apparently, he just needs this sort of power to balance his calmful nature out, no matter how tired or grumpy he gets being their impulse control.

Considering Ryou's past and life experiences in general, he most likely believes luck to be one whimsical force and relies on his strengths and ever-honed skills rather than the fortune intervention, even tho there were definitely the moments he considers to be nothing but its pure manifestation. As for the fate, his believes are correlated with ones of his clan - in his view, rather than some outer force, it's mostly people themselves who weave their own fate and have all the abilities to change it, either by their own hands or via help of others.
