( rachel zegler, ciswoman, she/her ) — 🎬 just announced, evelyn moreno has been cast as sidney prescott in the upcoming scream reboot. the twenty three year old is trending as people are debating if the swating away birds from the turtles, standing in every protest that she can with a loud booming voice, sending endless moneys to charities and volunteering at animal shelters on her spare time, being surrounded by endless people but still somehow feeling lonely, messy buns to accomodate a non-hair wash day that they are known for is enough to make them as good as original. a quick google search shows that their fans call them empathetic, but internet trolls think they’re more argumentative. i guess their newest interview for variety where they talk about how she was one of the one less lonely girls at a justin bieber concert will let people to know them better.
𝐢. 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐲

it didn't take long for the moreno family to realize they were going to be raising a handful when their daugther was born. at the ripe age of five, arguments began to showcase themselves over almost every topic that could be brought at the dinner table. evelyn wanting to know every aspect of a topic, as well as argue for every side of a situation to make sure everything was seen from each side.
growing up wasn't always easy, having cameras within her privacy every chance they could get with her mother not only being a victoria secret model, but also a real housewife and constantly hosting dinners for all the cast. it was hard growing up, feeling as though she didn't entirely fit in with anyone around her ... even more so when people would comment on how many friends she had.
being the class president for three years, prom queen and one of the most notable people on the debate team; there was endless potential for the moreno daughter, although she constantly struggled with understanding what she wanted. it wasn't until her sophmore year that she finally got over her fear and tried out for the school musical and realized not only could she sing but she wasn't a half bad actress.
making headlines instantly after high school, being one of the main people at a protest against victoria secret and their inability to include individuals with different body types; tensions raised within the household, but ultimately, both parents supported the ideas within their daughters mind and there was never blame forced onto her parents because of the procedures done by the company.
her first role was handed to her, and it wasn't something she entirely enjoyed, trying to fight against it with her manage - wanting to actively fight for a role. eventually, it was stated she would take it to get her foot through the door, however from there on out, evelyn stated to every agency that she would refuse handouts and wanted to prove herself for a role the old fashioned way.
born in the wrong era, she's commonly seen wearing mom jeans, hair in messy but perfectly constructed buns and high ponytails, sipping a milkshake while sitting and enjoying the fresh air surrounding her, and she vows a good scrunchie can fix anything.
with popularity on the rise, many people believe that she's one of the influential individuals in society today. not only by being a double threat with her voice and acting, but also with her advocacy that she refuses to drop anytime something threatening comes up; especially when it's regarding animals and freedoms.
𝐢𝐢𝐢. 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲
empathetic : evelyn has forever been someone that can feel everything that someone else is feeling. sympathy links in, however, when having deep conversations with someone, evelyn is able to feel with her entire body what the other person is feeling and attempts to help from a perspective of an outsider that can understand the feelings within themselves. definitely the type of friend that always is the supplier of advice and comfort.
argumentative : call it opinionated, but evelyn struggles to see things from a grey area and usually strictly sees it from a black or white point of view. she will argue until red in the face that her opinion is the correct one; only able to see the other persons side after stepping away from a conversation for a brief moment and do her calming meditative breaths. however, when it comes to any sense of cruelty, she will make sure to make the other begin digging their own hole with her words.
extroverted : consistently craving the presence of others, it's rare that you see evelyn out by herself. she's constantly surrounded by people, and has a lot of close friends that she knows she can rely on. despite this, she is constantly feeling lonely and fights with her own inner demons and anxieties about her insecurities on this topic. it's deeply rooted with her lack of connection with other children growing up and having different interests and hobbies.
judgmental : it's rare, but evelyn can definitely be someone that judges another person and isn't always smart about her ways of wording opinions. still learning the ropes of interviews and tabloids, it's common for evelyn to be in hot water and have to reach out to friends and families to clear the air. not afraid of confrontation, she's open to explaining herself and apologizing for how she allowed her words to be twisted.

no god-modding/power-play; as the antagonist, yanric is ridiculously op in his original canon. liches are undead, ascended magic users. i don't intend to write fight scenes but of course i won't do any injury without checking with you first!

𝐕. shipping is very cool. yanric is bisexual and very evil. i ship with chemistry, and i prefer head-canoning more than threads due to my writing speed, but i am still interested! generally singleship but this is not a hard rule. i’m also poly friendly! no nsfw with minors (mun/muse), no incest or SA plots.
NOTE: yanric is undead. his human appearance is a glamour, he is literally a corpse. i won't stop you if you wanna f*ck him but CINDY THIS IS A SKELETON, THIS IS BONES. also has "unhealthy" behaviours (obsession, jealousy, extremely co-dependent with parental issues) so fluff is very unlikely.
𝐕𝐈. i'd appreciate it if you didn't use heavy metaphors / poetry in our threads. absolutely no hate or anything, i just find it very difficult to understand what the characters are actually doing in this writing style. i also ask that you don't use real life face claims in our threads; i write characters who do not have irl images so it feels very space jam.
