Sharing this here to fill the void too, since folks seem to like it + I still just love the way this part of it was composed. I absolutely want to replicate something similar to it in the FFIX shenanigans department. 💙

I want to try replicating that style as well, though! It was a unique one in how I treated the lines - might be fun to do again! ➜ They get along surprisingly quickly! Hell, it astonishes even them that they got along so well.
➜ Davis willingly endures the scorching heat of Scarabia, just so he can visit Noor. It's a stark contrast to the icy lands of Blackheart, but he's willing to put up with it to see his girlfriend.
➜ Noor clowns him for his horse girl obsession. And I can't blame her, because man wtf are you on, Davis 💀💀
➜ Unconventional(???) confession. Davis was teaching her how to use a longsword, whispered an ‘I love you’, and got elbowed in the abdomen because of how shocked Noor was at the — frankly out of nowhere — confession. They kiss after that, dw.
➜ He's defending her, through and through. Anyone who tries talking down on his girl is gonna have a sword against their throat, one way or another.
➜ I like to think that Noor makes jewelry for Davis once they start dating! I also think that Davis refuses to take them off, and uses them as a ‘good luck’ charm for sword-fighting tournaments.
➜ Lance is happy for them overall, but like…. 💀 He genuinely can't handle being in a room with them for too long, it tests his sanity, and he hates it.

Few words had passed between them since he'd freed Margaery from the black cells and their escape from King's Landing amidst the fire and cannon from dragons and ships. It wasn't a scene he should have been walking away from. He was as instrumental in overthrowing the crown as anyone else there, but the screams of death and the rage of fires all around was not a place for his sister to be, though neither were the cells. So, it would be another missed opportunity for his song to be sung thanks to their foolish oaf of a father's greediness. House Tyrell had once again reached too far. It was a historical flaw of theirs that still echoed throughout The Reach if one listened closely enough to the whispers.
Margaery was angry at him that he knew. Her unusual, stony silence said more than any cutthroat words would. As with all things thrust upon them since the war began, Loras did not begrudge her that feeling nor blame her for it, for it was well deserved. He betrayed their trust, even if for the sake of both their lives, of which his could still be forfeit if the Kingsguard cared enough to punish him for desertion. But that mattered little as long as he first returned Margaery to Highgarden, the place where she belonged, not as a king's broodmare but as the jewel of her homeland and the heart of their house. She'd be safe there; Daenerys had reassured him no harm would befall her while she sat on the throne.
It had been a few days since they abandoned their horse in favour of foot so as not to draw attention to themselves along the Roseroad. If they were set upon, Loras could handle plenty, but it'd leave his sister vulnerable to the wretchedness of men, and he didn't wish to chance that fate. They survived on Loras' competent hunting and foraging skills, so they didn't need to enter towns or villages. Unfortunately, Shelter was more scarce, and they often slept in silence beneath the stars. It made him long for the far shores of Meereen, where he'd felt free for the first time in years, where seldom few knew his name or his house, and he could simply exist without weight or expectation. Whatever awaited him after this war, Meereen wasn't part of it.
She finally spoke to him one morning after nearly a week of walking over sprawling green hills and wading through fields of wildflowers. They were getting closer. Loras thought to laugh when the words slipped from her mouth but thought better of it. Instead, he stopped in his tracks and turned to face her with a frown. Both their faces and clothes were muddied, the long curls disarrayed. For a brief second, it took him back to their childhood spent in fields like the one around them, ripe with golden wheat. "Well, I'm sorry to tell you that it is exactly that. For nothing. Did you ever think that any of this was for our benefit?" He replied monotonously, all his polite airs having vanished in the face of their current reality. For all they knew, their journey would end with their homeland on fire if the reports were anything to go by. Garlan might already be dead, and maybe Willas, too. Then what? The gallows suddenly sounded like a good option. "You suffered Cersei for nothing. I was placed in the Kingsguard for nothing. We were trapped in The Red Keep for nothing. Renly died for nothing. I'm sure there is still plenty of for nothing to come our way. I suggest you get used to it as I have. Life is turning out to be quite the disappointment." Loras turned on his heel, continuing his stride towards the unknown, immediately feeling guilt that he'd lashed out at her. But at least she knew the truth now.

🌹 - Who always forgets it's Valentine's Day?
Malleus x Ellis - For this loving couple, I would say that Malleus would be the one to forget Valentine’s Day! Before Ellis came into his life, Malleus didn’t really have a reason to celebrate Valentine’s Day! To him, it was another human holiday that he would never be invited to. All of this really did change when Ellis came into his life and showed him the magic of love!.....and Valentine’s Day! Ellis on the other hand never forgets Valentine’s Day! I mean, the whole holiday is themed around pink, love, and hearts! How could she ever forget!
Silver x Ivy - For this couple, I would have to say that Silver would be the one to forget Valentine’s Day! To him, it’s just another day to train to be the best knight he can! Silver just never really had a reason to care for Valentine’s Day! Ivy, on the other hand, adores Valentine’s Day as the romantic she is! Ivy would be the one to remind Silver of what day it is and how important it is!
Idia x Aimée - It’s quite hard for the both of them to forget Valentine’s Day as it’s Aimée’s birthday but I would have to say that Idia would be the one to forget Valentine’s Day! Idia never really had a reason to care about the holiday (unless the game he was currently obsessed with had a Valentine’s Day event) so he typically forgot its existence! Aimée on the other hand absolutely adores the holiday with every fiber of her body! A holiday all about love on her birthday? Best holiday ever!
🍟 - Who steals the other's food?
Malleus x Ellis - Out of the two of them, I would have to say that Ellis would be the one to steal the other’s food! Granted, it’s less stealing and more asking the other for a bite or two! Malleus honestly lets her get away with it as it makes Ellis happy!
Silver x Ivy - Between this couple, I would have to say that Silver is the one to steal the other’s food! Sometimes Ivy would be eating something and Silver would come in and ask “Could I try some” and before Ivy can say anything, he takes a bite! Honestly, whatever Ivy was eating is way better than whatever Lilia was offering to make him...
Idia x Aimée - For these two, I definitely have to say that Aimée is the one to steal the other’s food! Aimée typically does it whenever Idia is eating a snack like a bag of chips or candy! She just casually takes a few chips or a handful of candy from right under Idia’s nose! At first, Idia wasn’t really a big fan but over time, he got used to it!
📄 - Who's more likely to lose an important document? (Medical papers, birth certificate, etc)
Malleus x Ellis - Out of the both of them, I would have to say that Ellis is most likely to lose an important document! In all honesty, she has the memory of a goldfish at times so it’s common for her to misplace something important, look for it, not find it, and then weeks later it pops up again! Malleus definitely has to be the one to remember these sorts of things in the relationship!
Silver x Ivy - I would probably have to say that it’s Ivy who’s more likely to lose an important document! Knowing Ivy, she most likely put an important document in a box and left it in her closet! Where the box ended up in her closet is lost to time! Ivy typically calls in Silver to help her look for the document and to help her find a better hiding spot for it!
Idia x Aimée - I would have to say that both of them would be least likely to lose an important document! They seem like the type of couple to know exactly where something is even in a deep mess! That or they're both wise enough to take pictures of the important document with their phones!
