hello bestie!! may i request a ceo!taehyung for the drabble night bc you know tae in a suit it's a yes. tysm in advance ♡

“something’s wrong with my computer.”

taehyung grumbles the moment he arrived at your desk, walking the short distance from his office to your desk

uh actually,.,,. tae’s moving your desk closer to his office half-an-inch a day

but what he hates is that his maintenance employees just have to be sO good that they spot the difference and each time he comes to work at morning, he cusses when your desk is back in place

if only they haven’t been moving it back, your desk would atleast be hALFWAY near his office

you jolt in surprise because mr. kim has been walking to your desk more frequently

..,., when he uhh,,, just could buzz you on your landline and into his office

“i’ll call IT right away, mr. kim. you could use my-...”

“no!” tae exclaims just as fast, an awkward cough settling on his mouth as he tries to calm down, “no need to call IT. it’s simple enough for you to check out.”

alright then :D

you don’t mind that much, actually

frequent IT specialist to the CEO isn’t written on your resumé nor job position, but you’ve tried almost everything in this scope actually

you once took notes of zootopia because mr. kim was watching it during his break and there had to be an emergency meeting and so ya know,,, instead of just pAUSING it and going back to it later, he made you watch it by yourself and take down notes :D

you had to teach him how to make beaded bracelets (you literally had to learn on the spot so it seemed like you knew what you were doing) that time when he took his niece to work

you also had to go up and down five flights of stairs repeatedly because mr. kim’s trainer is trying to make him do mORE steps

and for the record, taehyung found that absolutely horrid because he owns the building and he technically oWNS the elevators,,., why would he take the stairs

and as for his gratitude for you, taehyung doubtlessly gave you two months’ worth of pay that month alone :D

taehyung follows behind you, respectfully looking away when you have to bend to see what’s wrong with his computer

“oh. uhm. mr. kim,” your cheeks flush when you figure it out, scratching the end of your eyebrow and wILLING yourself not to laugh, “your mouse wasn’t connected.”

taehyung thinks he was sLICK with that one but now that you tell him the problem directly, he wants the ground to swallow him whole

“r-really? i couldn’t open it at first. do you remember my password?”

?????

your mouth dries at that, suddenly wanting to forget the knowledge that you now have

in your defense, taehyung tOLD you his password alright sheesh

“it’s your niece’s birthday the uh, the last time that i checked?”

alright fUCK tae’s sweating

“...... when’s my niece’s birthday?”

you try to recover from the on-going interaction with your boss, both wholesome and awkward at the same time that you try to resist from laughing at the same time

you dictate her birthday out loud, entering taehyung’s password at the same time

you clear your head, cheeks hot and lip bitten giddily between your teeth

“do you mind if i sit on your chair while i fill this up, sir?”
