Jotaro was not feeling well lately, but that doesn't mean that he is sick. Because he never is.
Jotaro was never sick. After getting a nasty pneumonia as a child, he worked very hard to keep his immunity in the best shape. He ate a variety of vegetables, he walked barefoot in the show, he kept up a good physical shape, and did pretty much everything that seemed like a good idea. And it worked well for him all his life.

I feel bad for not watching Stone Ocean, but, like, the Ermes' revenge arc is the best, and it was the first one. The whole special ward arc is a bit meh, and then F.F. dies, and I'm not ready 😭
Also, I find Anasui annoying, until he's hanging out with Weather Report (they should kiss), and it's so long until then!
