MAGNOLIA'S ACTUALLY VERY INTROVERTED , if preferred ,   they'd rather not talk to anyone at all since in Jardin they tend to always stick to their close circles ,   social interactions exhaust them ,   and if they're not pretending , they more or less keep quiet and keep their nose buried in a good book .    THEIR CIVILITY in social gatherings stems from the fact they were born from a noble family ,   know the customaries and greetings as well as etiquette . BUT the moment they step out of the room ,   they're swearing all kinds of profanities ,   muttering every insult on the moon ,   and talking shit about people behind their backs .

       ˗ˏˋ💔❀┊ ( * THE NOBLE MAGNOLIA ) ━  THEIR CRIMSON HUES were shielded by a pair of dark sunglasses . A STARK , modern contrast to the Victorian-Esque suit they currently wore . THEY AWKWARDLY adjust the shades , internally grumbling over the obstruction to their vision before the girl's voice snapped them back to attention , ❝ huh ? oh , not at all . ❞ THEY SHOOK THEIR HEAD , their mahogany locks swaying from the motion as they walked alongside the girl , the golden cleats in their boots clicking with every collision to the ground .

Don’t take it personally when Magnolia is initially rude or aggressive to your character , they just hate everyone equally --- I’m kidding .        They’re usually the type who practices tough love , it’s their way of caring , but they’re outright nice and decent to people they think deserve it , if they’re instantly rude , mean or hateful . . .       It means that they probably sense that your vibes are absolutely rancid and they don’t want to be associated with you .

And I knew how to sew a bit, so I did the best and bow tie and donated an old pair of glasses and a watch that we stuck on a chain… Um. I hope you like it! @serpentsexile​​ delivered a letter for Marigold’s Birthday !  (╰┈➺  ♡꒷꒦︶ ┊❛  𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝘾𝘼𝙍𝙉𝙄𝙁𝙀𝙓 ❜┊ ︶꒦꒷♡     ❛  Of course   ,   I wouldn’t miss a day so important  !!  ❜  Or a chance to bring something extravagant to Le Jardin.  It’s kind of his thing . . .    Begrudgingly   ,   he has dressed for the occasion.  He has a hat reminiscence to the mad hatter.   It sits rather askew on his head   ;   he has to keep adjusting it.    Aside from card-themed kites   &&   bubbles for the kids   ,   Envy brought a gift for Marigold  !!   He extends a box wrapped in bright colors and a large yellow bow.  Inside of the box is what appears to be a glass display in the shape of a book.  The display is of blue pointe shoes decorated to represent the story of Alice in Wonderland.  They are surrounded by the curves of a forest   ,   set atop a small stump.   The box plays music and illuminates a gentle light when the case is opened.   The theme sounds nostalgic.  ❛  Happy Birthday   ,   mi patatina. ❜ )  ┊ ❤️ PRESENTS FOR THE BIRTHDAY CHILD !  

      ˗ˏˋ❤️❀┊ ( * THE HOPEFUL MARIGOLD ) ━  ❝ kuya ! ❞ A PAIR OF AUREATE EYES PEEK OVER A SEA OF GHOSTLY SHROOMS , Marigold leapt over the whimsical garden , lifting azure skirts up to their knees as they raced through the marshy fogs of Gladiolus’ smoky illusions ;  a peculiarly chosen supernatural decor to further augment the oddities of wonderland .    THE REST OF JARDIN cartoonishly paraded around as wonderlandians , all bunched over a long tea table ;  partaking themed sweets    &&.    festivities  , all for the sake of fulfilling Marigold’s childish fantasies .   

         ˗ˏˋ❤️❀┊ ( * MARIGOLD ) ━ MARIGOLD CLUNG TO THE GOD’S LEG , dressed up as the story’s beloved Alice , excitement filling their youthful visage .    DESPITE WOVEN IN THE STRANDS OF ETERNITY , time did little in altering their hopeful heart ;  yet a sliver of wisdom reflected those sunlit hues .  ❝ i’m so glad you’re here !   you dressed up for the party too ! ❞   THEY BLINK as their gift was presented , they skipped merrily as they giddily opened the box    &&.    peeked at its contents .    PULLING OUT the display , they stare down at the pointe shoes with wide-eyed wonder as it emitted a soft melody that clung to their heart .  ❝ oh kuya envy , i love it !    thank you !     i hope you keep watching me grow ! ❞  THEY CHIRP , tugging Envy down to their level so they can wrap their arms around him , pulling the God into a long    &&.    warm hug .  

        ˗ˏˋ💔❀┊ ( * THE NOBLE MAGNOLIA ) ━  ❝ oh my fucking god . ❞ THEY INTERRUPT ;   watching the two locked in a sweet , familial embrace .    MAGNOLIA had both hands on their hips ; eyeing Envy’s costume before eyeing their own outfit . . . unfortunately , they too played the role of Mad Hatter for today’s festivities .    A SOFT GROAN ,  ❝ y’know what ?   it’s cool , i prepared for this .    hydrangea’s a prophet sometimes , y’know ?    mad hatter’s a popular dude . ❞ WORDLESSLY ,  they took their top hat   &&.   tossed it aside , they ripped open their red suit , revealing another black suit from within .   THEY PULLED out a headband out of nowhere , adorned with obsidian horns , they slid on the headband atop their head .   FROM MAD HATTER TO JABBERWOCK .  ❝ aha , bet you guys didn’t see that coming , huh ?    at least i’m a dragon thingy now ━ ❞

I love how everyone if a guest or visitor in Jardin gets injured everyone’s like ‘ are you okay ?   do you need help ? ‘  , like even Mimosa and Larkspur would be ‘ you good ? ‘ and try to help out .    But then we have Magnolia who goes ‘ oh damn , you look like shit .  how’s the fall ? ‘
