I could hardly believe it myself — only I could pull off something like that 😅 Picture this: I was all set to embark on a train journey to Århus today. The scene was perfect; I found myself on the platform, hopped onto the right train, confirmed the correct route displayed on the side. Smooth sailing, right? Wrong. As soon as the train started moving, it became evident it was heading in the exact opposite direction, bound for its final stop in Copenhagen. Panic set in; I had a mere 10 minutes to cover about 3 kilometers and catch the right train on the stop I just drove off. In a stroke of luck, at the next stop, I managed to hop onto another train going back the way I came. With a mere 20 seconds to spare, I sprinted between platforms, maneuvering through four sets of stairs — in high heels, no less 😅 Miraculously, I made it, all thanks to an incredibly kind train manager who, upon my desperate plea, called the other train and asked them to wait. Let me tell you, this fiasco has taught me a lesson — I am officially retiring high heels when it comes to train rides 😅😅😅 I'm still shaking, dear God. But I unearthed a talent — I can essentially dash in high heels with the finesse of Usain Bolt himself. Never fucking again.
