Lady Night's Kit
Alright! Here we go! Therese is a Quantum Nihility unit who scales off of Max HP-- as for the role she fulfills-- she is a DoT Enabler, with a unique mechanic known as "Curses". These Curses make it so that they both enhance the damage Therese and her party deal, while also dealing damage themselves via DoT.
The order of the abilities will be similar to the Fandom Wiki, and I will be occasionally updating this post whenever I finish the image stills I have in mind.
I will be providing the "Razor Language" (I believe it is called?) version of the abilities at the end!
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Abilities: -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Basic ATK | Sonorus Star | Single Target | Energy Gen: 20 | Toughness DMG: 30 Icon:
Tumblr media
Deals Quantum Damage equal to 50% — 110% of Therese’s Max HP to a single enemy.
If the target has a Curse, inflict Weaken. If the target is currently receiving DoT, reapply them.
Tumblr media
Skill | Nightmaiden’s Elegy | Impair | Regen: 30 | Toughness Damage: 60 Deals Quantum DMG equal to 68% — 116% of Therese’s Max HP to all enemies and applies a Curse to them. If a target already has a Curse, detonate it and reapply it. If the target is currently debuffed, inflict Vulnerability.  Vulnerability increases the DMG the target receives by 12% — 21.6% for 3 turns. [Visual: [Therese claps her hands] Dark hands reach from underneath the enemies, before snapping onto them. Darkness starts emanating from the enemies’ bodies.]
Enhanced Skill | Eclipseal Dirge | Blast | Regen: 0 | Toughness Damage: 60
While under the effects of Lunar Remittance, Therese gains access to Eclipseal Dirge.
Deals Quantum DMG equal to 74% — 122% of Therese's Max HP to three enemies. If the target enemy is currently receiving DoT, all DoTs currently placed on that enemy immediately produce DMG equal to 56.5% — 73.5% of their original DMG.
Ultimate | Celestial Symphony | AoE | Cost: 130 | Regen: 5 | Toughness DMG: 90
Icon:
Tumblr media
Deals Quantum DMG equal to 56% — 104% of Therese’s Max HP, and applies the Lunar Remittance effect onto her for 3 turns. While under the Lunar Remittance effect, Therese’s Skill is enhanced, and all instances of DMG that Therese deals will heal her by 25% of her Max HP.
[Visual: Darkness pools under the enemies’ feet, and rises up to cover the screen. Then, the enemies appear in the palm of Therese’s hand while she’s in a starry plane, and she closes her hand. Therese smiles wickedly.]
[Visual Indicator For LR Effect: While her hand is down, a shadowy clawed hand intertwines its fingers with her own and flips. Her coat is removed, her hands have a black-to-skin-color gradient, and Therese’s scleras turn black. Crescents follow her movements.]
Talent | Ballads of The Nightwalker | Impair | Regen: 10 | Toughness DMG: 30
Whenever Therese deals any instance of DMG, she afflicts enemies with a Curse— Curses can stack up to 5 times, and deal DMG equal to 15% — 47.25% of Therese’s Max HP per turn. When the Curse stacks reach maximum, Therese sacrifices 10% of her Max HP% to detonate the Curses, dealing Quantum DMG equal to 60% — 90% of her Max HP and reducing the target enemy’s DEF by 15%. If an ally damages an enemy afflicted by a Curse, the enemy gains an additional Curse stack.
Curses are considered as DoT. If Therese falls in battle, all Curse stacks cease.
Technique | Night-Wanderer’s Requiem | Enhance After using her Technique, Therese gains Stealth and Speed for 20 seconds. While active, Therese moves 20% faster and cannot be detected by enemies. When entering battle by attacking enemies, Therese will immediately inflict 3 Curse stacks onto all enemies.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Razor Language for Abilities / TLDR: Basic ATK: Therese finger guns. If the enemy has passive, it deals less damage to your team. If it has a debuff, she refreshes its duration.
Skill: Therese deals damage and applies her passive onto enemies. If an enemy already has her passive, she tells it to eat this ratio and detonates it (and reapplies the Curse). If the enemy has a debuff, it now takes more damage.
Enhanced Skill: Therese now detonates her team's DoTs. Truly a team player. She can only get this skill if she ults.
Ultimate: Therese deals big damage and applies an effect on herself. Now, whenever she deals damage, she'll also heal by a percent of her max HP.
Talent: Therese inflicts a debuff/DoT on enemies, up to five times. When they reach max stacks, Therese punches herself in the face to deal extra damage to the enemies and reduce their DEF.
Technique: Stealthy Speed. That's it. If she hits an enemy while invisible, they shall rue the day they woke up that morning.

4 Trade Ideas for Wells Fargo: Bonus Idea
Tumblr media
Wells Fargo, $WFC, comes into the week attempting to reverse higher. It failed to hold Friday as it moved into the gap above but did hold the gap up from the morning. The RSI is pushing back toward the bullish zone with the MACD crossed up but still negative. There is resistance at 44.35 and a gap to fill to 45.26 then at 46.25 and 47.25 before 49.15. Support lower comes at 42.50 and 41.45. Short interest is low under 1%. The stock pays a dividend with an annual yield of 2.78% and has traded ex-dividend since August 4. The company just reported earnings and is expected to report next on January 18, 2023.
The October options chain shows the biggest open interest at the 42.50 and then 45 strikes on the put side, and at the 45 strike on the call side. The November chain shows open interest spread from 45 to 25, biggest at 35 on the put side and more focused from 40 to 52.50, biggest at 45, on the call side. December options are spread from 35 to 45 on the put side and bigger at 45 and 47.50 on the call side. Finally, the January 2023 chain has open interest spread from 20 to 55 on the put side, biggest at 35 and 40. The call side is biggest at 50.
Wells Fargo, Ticker: $WFC
Tumblr media
Trade Idea 1: Buy the stock on a move over 44.35 with a stop at 42.50.
Trade Idea 2: Buy the stock on a move over 44.35 and add a November 42.50/40 Put Spread (88 cents) while selling the December 50 Call (53 cents).
Trade Idea 3: Buy the December/January 47.50 Call Calendar (78 cents) and sell the October 42 Puts (41 cents).
Trade Idea 4: Buy the January 35/45/50 Call Spread Risk Reversals (84 cents).

After reviewing over 1,000 charts, I have found some good setups for the week. These were selected and should be viewed in the context of the broad Market Macro picture reviewed Friday which heading into October options expiration and the height of earnings season, saw equity markets continue to look better to the downside.
Elsewhere look for Gold to continue its move lower while Crude Oil reverses the lower killing the short term trend higher. The US Dollar Index continues the trend to the upside while US Treasuries continue their downtrend. The Shanghai Composite has morphed to a short term trend higher in broad consolidation while Emerging Markets continue the long trend lower.
The Volatility Index looks to remain elevated making the path easier for equity markets to the downside. Their charts look on both timeframes. On the longer timeframe both the IWM and SPY building flags, look a bit stronger than the QQQ which continues to drive lower. On the shorter timeframe the charts continue to move in tandem. Use this information as you prepare for the coming week and trad’em well.

結婚はともかく、出産になると長期休載が避けられなかったりもするから出産は公表する人が多い気がする
読者の立場からすると理由不明の長期休載より、産休による休載の方が心穏やかに待てるんじゃないの

Washington State Increases Minimum Salary, Fee and Hourly Rates for White Collar Overtime Exemptions
The Washington Department of Labor & Industries announced its final rule amending Washington States’ white-collar overtime exemption regulations on 11th December 2019. If not overridden by the legislature or successfully challenged in court, the rule will thoroughly increase the pay rates necessary to qualify for the white-collar exemptions in Washington State.
The first major impact on salaries for the executive, administrative and professional exemptions will occur on 1st January 2021. That is when the new minimum Washington salary will first exceed the new 2020 minimum salaries under the federal Fair Labor Standard Act (FLSA). The rate will then ramp up to a projected $83,356 per year in 2028 (including estimated consumer price index (CPI) adjustments), after which annual CPI adjustments will be applied.
The hourly paid computer professional exemption will change on 1st July 2020. The minimum pay rate will jump from $26.63-hour to $37.13-hour for employers with more than 50 employees in Washington. This will rise to $47.25-hour, plus CPI adjustments, for all employers by 2022, after which annual CPI adjustments will be applied.
The regulation also amends the white-collar duties tests to confirm to the FLSA duties tests, but with some differences remaining. The amended duties tests will be effective on 1st July 2020.
Salary, Fee Rates for the Executive, Administrative and Professional Exemptions
For the executive, administrative and professional exemptions, the new minimum salary basis and fee basis rates are:
Date
Minimum Salary/ Fee Rate
(More from 50 Washington Employees)
Minimum Salary/ Fee Rate (50 or Fewer Washington  Employees)
1st  July 2020
1.25 X  Washington Minimum Wage
($35,100/year)
($675/week)
{The new  rate under the FLSA effective 1st January 2020, is $35,568/year,  or $684/week)
Same implies  for larger employers
 1st  January 2021
1.75 X  Washington Minimum Wage
($49,140/year  + CPI)
($945/week +  CPI)
1.5 X  Washington Minimum Wage
($42,120/year  + CPI)  ($810/week + CPI)

($1,215/week  + CPI)
2.0 X  Washington Minimum Wage
($56,150/year  + CPI)

($1,350/week  + CPI)
2.25 X  Washington Minimum Wage
($63,180/year  + CPI)
($1,215/week  + CPI)
1st  January 2028
2.5 X  Washington Minimum Wage
($70,220/year  + CPI)
($1,350/week  + CPI)
same as for  larger employers
The new salary rates are defined in the rule as a multiple (e.g., 1.25 X) of Washington’s minimum wage rate for 40 hours of work per week. For 2020, Washington’s minimum wage is $13.50 per hour. For 2021 and thereafter, it will automatically be adjusted upward each January 1, if there has been an increase in the CPI.
The new FLSA salary minimum for 2020 and thereafter permits employers to satisfy up to 10% of the minimum level with non-discretionary variable pay. Washington did not adopt this rule. As such, employers that plan to pay salaries in 2020 of less than $35,100/year in reliance on the credit for non-discretionary variable pay will have to raise salaries in Washington State to $35,100 by 1st July 2020 if they wish to maintain exempt status.
The Washington rule’s text states that the highest salary rate of 2.5 X minimum wage is effective for all employers in 2026, not in 2027 and 2028, as this has been stated by the Department of Labor and Industries in multiple publications and announcements.
Hourly Rates for the Hourly Computer Professional Exemption
For the hourly computer professional exemption, the new minimum hourly rates are:
Date
Minimum Hourly Rate
(More from 50 Washington Employees)
Minimum Hourly Rate
(50 or Fewer Washington Employees)
1st  July 2020
$37.13/hour
(vs. the  FLSA rate of $27.63/hour)
$27.63/hour
(matched the  current WA and FLSA rates)
1st  January 2021
3.5 X  Washington Minimum Wage ($47.25/hour + CPI)
2.75 X  Washington Minimum Wage ($37.13/hour + CPI)
1st  January 2022
3.5 X  Washington Minimum Wage ($47.25/hour + CPI)
Same as for  larger employers
 Teachers & Academic Administrators
The professional exemption for teachers will now require payment on a salary or fee basis, but without mandating a minimum pay rate. The FLSA does not specify a form or minimum amount of payment for exempt teachers.
The administrative exemption for academic administrators will permit a salary that is at least equal to the entrance salary for teachers in the particular educational establishment involved. The FLSA does not include this provision, so the FLSA salary minimum pay will also have to meet the criteria to obtain an exemption from overtime under federal law.
Changes to the White-Collar Exemption Duties Tests
The new rule brings the Washington State duties tests for the white-collar exemptions (executive, administrative, professional, and outside sales) generally into conformity with the FLSA duties tests, but subject to a few differences.
Washington has no highly compensated exemption. This is a continuation of existing Washington law.
For the outside sales exemption, Washington is retaining its unique requirement that the employee be advised of their status as an outside salesperson.
For the outside sales exemption, the text of the final Washington rule continues the Washington requirement that the outside salesperson’s nonexempt work must not exceed 20% of a normal nonexempt workweek (typically 8 hours per week). This appears to be an error in the final rule, as this provision was shown as deleted in the proposed rule (for conformity with FLSA), and the Department’s explanatory statement does not mention any change on this score from the proposed rule.
The Department did not expressly incorporate into the Washington rule of the guidance that exists in the FLSA duties test regulations. As to the portions not incorporated, the Department’s explanatory statement says, “this guidance was not included in the text of the adopted state rule. The Department intends to rely on the interpretations of the current federal regulations, where terms are identical”.
Outside Salespeople
Washington’s outside sales exemption retains key features different than federal law. Currently, Washington’s new rule keeps the current requirement that the outside salesperson’s nonexempt work must not exceed 20% of a normal nonexempt workweek (typically eight hours per week), although it was initially deleted in the draft rule. This may change. Employers must also continue to advise employees under the exemption of their status as an outside salesperson as well as meet other requirements of the test.
Regarding pay rates, Washington’s law still does not require a minimum pay rate for this exemption. It does, however, continue to require that employers pay outside salespeople on a guaranteed salary, commission or fee basis.
Few Other Differences
Washington still does not recognize an overtime exemption for “highly compensated” individuals. This is consistent with existing law. So-called highly compensated individuals must still meet the duties tests for one of Washington’s overtime exemptions.
The teacher’s professional exemption for teachers will now require payment on a salary or fee basis, although there is no required minimum pay rate. For academic administrators, the exemption now permits a salary that is at least equal to any teachers’ entrance salary at the same education establishment where they work.
Plan in Advance
Washington employers should begin planning to avoid legal liability for misclassification and to ameliorate significant financial impacts of these changes. Some steps to consider:
Ø  Take this opportunity to make sure that each employee is classified properly. Make a list of all employees, noting each employee’s classification as either “exempt” or “non-exempt”. This will involve analysis of both the weekly salary paid as well whether the employee meets the duties test for the relevant exemption.
Ø  Identify employees who will need to be reclassified from the “exempt” to “non-exempt”, because they are or will be are paid less than the requisite amount or no longer meet the relevant “duties test”.
Ø  Calculate the financial feasibility and costs of raising these employees’ pay to the new threshold level to make them “exempt” versus reclassifying them as “non-exempt” and paying overtime.
Ø  If a reclassification is necessary, prepare meaningful employee communications. This includes management training, sharing necessary changes in company policies, presenting a unified message on how and why changes are going to be implemented, and positive individual communications to reclassified employees who will now need to keep track of their hours worked, take required breaks and may have a chance to their benefits. Cooperating with an employee background verification team will be added advantage.
Ø   Seek legal advice. The new rules are complex, and the employers who do not adhere to them strictly may be liable for serious financial penalties, including an unpaid overtime claim under Washington law.
Securecheck360 will monitor further developments to keep our clients with up to date knowledge of changing laws and implementations, so employers should ensure you are subscribed to Securecheck360 to gather the most relevant business information.
This Legal Alert provides an overview of a specific state law. It is not intended to be, and should not be constructed as legal advice for any particular fact situation, because Securecheck360 is not law firm.

Throughout Justin Bieber’s career, spanning ten years, he has gotten himself into many controversies and was the victim of many rumors and lies which a lot of people still believe, due to the Justin Bieber hate bandwagon. In this post, I’m going to separate truth from fantasy and open the minds of the people who believe things that Justin Bieber never did.
I hope this thread will help people with how they view Justin and hopefully be able to generally separate what is true from what is false when it comes to everyday life too.
1. “Justin Bieber said rape happens for a reason”.
FALSE: This one was a misquote by Rolling Stone Magazine, in Justin’s interview with them in January 2011, when asked about politics. Bieber’s original quote is “Well, I think that's really sad, but everything happens for a reason. I don't know how that would be a reason. I guess I haven't been in that position, so I wouldn't be able to judge that.”. This interview was when Justin was still 16 and back then, he barely had any real knowledge of politics or serious matters such as listed above.
2. “Justin Bieber wrote in the guest book at the Anne Frank house that he hoped she would have been a Belieber”.
TRUE: While this event took place and Justin did write “Truly inspiring to be able to come here. Anne was a great girl. Hopefully she would have been a belieber.”, the media and his haters over exaggerated his comment. The Anne Frank museum staff did defend Justin by saying “His comments were quite innocent, he was here for more than hour and interested in Anne Frank's life, and that for us is the most important thing.”. Unfortunately, Justin’s comments in the guest book can still be twisted or taken the wrong way by small-minded people who want a reason to hate him.
3. “ When asked to try being a vegan, he gagged and spat out a vegan steak that had been specially ordered for him“.
FALSE: This one only has two sources and was most likely invented by a writer to victimize vegans and slander Justin.
4. “He makes fans pay tons of money, even though he can afford all the tickets be 50 bucks instead of 100+ for mezzanine seats”.
For the Believe tour, ticket prices were:
Lower Level Seating $36.00 - $86.00 $47.25 - $101.45 w/ Ticketmaster fees
Upper Level Seating $36.00 - $76.00
Also, Justin isn’t in charge of how much his tickets cost, it’s management who’s in charge.
5. “He went to a children’s hospital in England and was talking to the nurse who was working there when Justin Bieber visited the hospital. He made them clear an area for him so he didn’t have to wait around near the sick children, he then spent about 5 minutes with them while the cameras were on and left without so much as a thank you”.
FALSE: This tale NEVER took place. There is no photos or evidence of him going to that hospital in England and he never attacked any photographers (at said hospital). Usually, Justin will spend quite a lot of time with sick kids
6. “He attacked a photographer at said hospital”.
FALSE: The only paparazzi scuffle that happened in England was the one video where a paparazzi pushed Justin’s bodyguard and Justin confronted the paparazzi, however, Justin was quickly restrained and went back into the van.
6. “He peed in a restaurant kitchen”.
TRUE: But, he actually urinated in a mop bucket, also, he was drunk at the time and many celebrities have urinated in places they shouldn’t, such as Hayley from Paramore (sink).
7. “Someone's coworker did security for him once. He faked a really bad asthma attack and made them call the paramedics and then laughed his ass off when they came through the door. His people talked the paramedics into not saying anything bc you can go to jail for that apparently”.
FALSE: This one was invented by a writer. If anything is partially related to this claim, then it’s an incident in November 2011, where Justin was rumored to have an asthma attack during an interview and was taken to hospital for it.
8. “He also called for a car to take him to the mall and didn't like the color so he sent it back. And then he went to the mall and stayed 5 minutes before saying it was the shittiest mall he'd ever been in“.
FALSE: Pure fiction! There are no reports of him ever doing this. This claim stinks of the “Justin Bieber is a brat” mentality.
9. “He's banned from walt disney world for punching out Goofy“.
FALSE: It’s a total fabrication. There have been zero reports of this ever taking place, also Justin has been to Disney World many times since this claim came out.
10. “Not only does he me make his fans pay tons of money for a concert, but on a school night, he didn't even show up until half way through the scheduled time“.
FALSE: It’s true that he was late, however, it was only by 35 minutes and not half of the concert duration.
11. “He's quoted as screaming 'Fuck Bill Clinton!' to cameras and attacked a paparazzo, who is suing. his mother is quoted as saying she's 'hoping he'll soon mature'.“
TRUE and FALSE: While Justin did scream “Fuck Bill Clinton” and spayed a cleaner on the picture (probably the cleanest Clinton’s ever been), many people disliked Clinton and him screaming “Fuck Bill Clinton” isn’t too different from how many people react to the current President of the United States (as of this post), Donald Trump (who, I, in no way support and dislike as much as the next guy). He never attacked a paparazzi during this incident.
12. “He spat in an old man's face“.
FALSE: Not an old man, but a Club DJ, but, this is alleged.
13. “When he went to Vermont, he was kicked out of every single business he went in. IHOP, Walmart, Hannafords, everywhere. He went to the movie theater and threw a temper tantrum when told he couldn't bring his subway sandwich into the theater, as it was against the rules. He then made a HUGE mess of the theater and had to be carried out by his bodyguard kicking and screaming about how they were all worthless monkeys”.
FALSE: This one NEVER happened. There is no proof or reports of this ever happening and the only thing that shows up when “Justin Bieber banned from Walmart” is searched online, is a meme picture. There was talk of Justin possibly facing banning from the U.S due to alleged involvement in a brawl outside a Hampton’s nightclub, but, as of 2019, Justin is still in the U.S.
14. “He randomly showed up to Disney unannounced and demanded that the entire Yachtsman Steakhouse be cleared- reservations cancelled and all- so that he could eat there. The staff had to call every single one of the guests to tell them that their reservations they had been planning for months were cancelled and wasn't allowed to give them an explanation. Disney also decided that it wasn't fair to their guests and gave them free dinner at another restaurant, which obviously lost them a lot of money and business for that night. So after personally shutting down the restaurant, Beiber comes down in nothing but a bath robe. Like I'm so sorry Biebs was it just too hard to put on pants and act like a respectable human being?“.
FALSE: Not a scrap of evidence to this claim exists.
15. “I don't hate him because he has a 'girly' voice or because he's gay. he can be gay if he wants (even though he's not)“.
FALSE: Not a real argument.
16. “I hate him because he's not a good person and he's basically the leader of a teenage girl army (with a couple of older women, teenage boys and older men, but mainly consisted of teenage girls). He can make them do whatever he wants“.
FALSE: This makes little to no sense. Justin Bieber is a musician, not a political leader. Not ONCE has he ever forced his fans to do something he wants. Also, there are many people who have done MUCH worse than Justin has, yet have gotten away with it, managed to slip under the radar and still have huge amounts of support.
17. “He made some of his more 'devoted' fans cut their hair off because some internet trolls 'leaked' that he had cancer, and asked his fans to shave their heads to show their support. A lot of them did“.
FALSE: This was a 4Chan prank and Justin is not responsible for it.
18. “More internet trolls leaked that he had been smoking weed which made a lot of his fans CUT THEMSELVES (which is a serious problem) to stop him from smoking weed under the hashtag '#cutforbieber?' or '#cuttingforbieber?' Those weren't his decision, but he didn't make an attempt to stop them, he didn't deny the rumors, he just let them carry on cutting and turning it into a joke, thinking it was funny that people did these things because of him”.
FALSE: Another 4Chan prank! Once again, Justin is not responsible for this. Also, the best thing he did was stay silent about it, because if he had responded, more of these pranks would have happened and would have gotten to Justin one day.
17. “Justin Bieber spat on fans”.
FALSE: It’s an urban legend, that never happened! The Internet and TMZ went bananas over a picture of Justin spitting off of a balcony into a bush and with Justin often stating how he loves his fans, a claim about him spitting on them would make headlines and it did. The picture of the fans crying is from 2011, which was superimposed into a picture of Justin spitting off of a balcony.
18. “Justin Bieber was a huge brat on TV shows“.
FALSE: These are claims. In 2011, Marg Helenberger claims Justin punched a cake and locked a producer in a closet, but, unfortunately, nothing about this has come up since. In 2010, David Koch of Sunrise (Australian morning news show) also accused Justin for swearing at a floor manager for touching him (to direct him to where he had to go), but if this did happen, then Justin isn’t wrong for calling out a grown man touching him (what 16-year old would want a grown man touching them?).
19. “Justin Bieber  said that he doesn’t believe in abortions“.
TRUE: This took place in 2011, during an interview with Rolling Stone magazine. In Justin’s defense, this was 2011 and back then, a lot of people were still pro-life and Justin had grown up in a Christian household. Since times have changed and we are more progressed, many people’s views have changed.
20. “Justin Bieber has made racist jokes and said the N-word multiple times”.
TRUE: There are thousands of reports of these events happening. While his racist jokes and comments were wrong (and still are), he was 15/16 and uneducated at the time, apologized and has since acknowledged his mistakes and educated himself on how horrible racism is, and now shows support to the Black Lives Matter movement.
21. “Justin Bieber punched a fan in the face, made that fan BLEED“.
FALSE: This was not a fan, but a stalker. Justin did punch him, but, only as a means of self defense. How else are you going to react if someone is invading your personal space? Also, Justin most likely felt threatened by the guy putting his hand through the window.
22. “Justin Bieber has been done for drunk driving“.
FALSE: The drunk driving charges against him were over exaggerated and he was below the legal limit.
23. “Justin Bieber eggs his neighbors“.
TRUE: He egged his neighbors ONCE, but, that was due to possible harassment prior to the incident. The thing is, the victims seem to still be whining about the incident (”GIVE ME MONEY! I’M A VICTIM!”), long after it took place and Justin had served his punishment for the incident.
24. “Justin Bieber made jokes about Prince’s death with petty Instagram comments“.
FALSE: Justin simply commented “Well not the last greatest living performer”, responding to a Instagram post that said Prince was the “last greatest living performer”, unfortunately, people took it the wrong way, twisted Justin’s words and accused him of being egotistical. However, Justin was most likely saying that other artists such as Stevie Wonder, Lionel Richie, Beyoncé, Madonna and Barry Manilow were still alive and not every legend was gone.
25. “Justin Bieber throws tantrums on stage with him just ending up leaving the concert“.
TRUE: However, not as bad as you may think. A lot of these incidents were due to disrespectful fans not listening to him when he told them not to scream, clap off beat or throw water on stage. These can all distract him from playing, singing and can even put his life in danger (if he slips on water he doesn’t know is on stage).
26. “Justin Bieber threatens his neighbors“.
FALSE: There is no solid proof to support these claims. It’s a well known fact to demonize someone when someone else is doing it.
27. “Justin Bieber abandoned his pets”.
FALSE: He never “abandoned” any pets. If you’re talking about the monkey, he simply didn’t have the correct papers nor was he given them, also at the time, he was busy touring. The hamster was given to a fan.
28. “Justin has cheating scandals, he was horrible to Selena Gomez”.
FALSE: These claims are as old as the hills. At first, Justin and Selena’s “relationship” was PR, also prior to the November 2012 accusation of Justin “cheating on Selena”. Selena had been on the beach with Justin’s ex-friend Alfredo Flores, in various pictures where the both of them seemed very in love, this took place in July 2012. Also, there is video proof of Justin being physically assaulted by Selena in 2011.
29. “Justin Bieber hates Asians“.
FALSE: This is a total fabrication. Since when did he ever hate Asians, where’s the proof. He’s been to Japan multiple times and has been very welcome in Asian countries. There is one incident where Justin has mistakenly offended South Korean and Chinese fans by visiting the Yasukuni Shrine, which he thought was a place of prayer. He apologized for this incident.
30. “Justin Bieber groped a underage fan breast at a meet and greet“.
FALSE: The fan was like two years younger than him and didn’t seem to mind. As of 2019, she has often spoken about it and still has no problem with it.
31. "Talks down to alternative/rock bands such as Linkin Park and The Beatles and said screaming isn’t music”.
FALSE: More like fans of alternative rock bands have been talking down to Justin, sending him death threats and sexualising him.
32: “Justin Bieber disrespected the Argentinian flag”.
TRUE: This took place, however, it isn’t as bad as you think. A fan threw it up on stage and Justin thought it was simply a shirt, he didn’t know it was the Argentinian flag.
33. “Justin Bieber is rude to fans”.
FALSE: He’s only “rude” to disrespectful fans who stalk him and get in his personal space, K-Pop fans would know them as “sasaengs”. He’s only called disrespectful fans out, that’s all.
34. “Justin Bieber is very violent to photographers/paparazzi”
FALSE: Not a chance! He’s lashed out at photographers and paparazzi in the past, but, it’s only because they’ve provoked him. Of course he could have acted a bit better, but other celebs have done much worse than Justin.
35. “Justin Bieber ignored a disabled fan”.
FALSE: The video is staged and was a smear campaign to get Justin hated (and it worked). The person who played “Justin” was YouTuber, known as Brad Souza, the disabled “fan” was a hired actor.
36. “Justin Bieber bullied Shawn Mendes”.
FALSE: Justin and Shawn are longtime friends and they were simply joking around. If Shawn truly had a problem with Justin’s lighthearted jokes, Shawn would have said something.
37. “Justin Bieber hates Anime”.
FALSE: The tweet was fake.
In conclusion, only seven and a half of these claims are true, the rest are all fabricated stories made up by people looking for sympathy (fake hate crimes) or created just to slander Justin and get him hated and unfortunately, it worked.

Are Ethereum PoW Miners Shifting To Ethereum Classic? ETC Price Jumps By 79% WoW
Ethereum Classic (ETC) raced past other major crypto tokens with a nearly 79% jump over the past seven days. ETC was trading at $47.25 on Friday– a near four-month high. Its gains over the past week are higher than any of the other top 50…
