Reading through their recent capture’s file, Vuhs prepared for their coming ‘discussion’. The subject had been caught attempting to retrieve Schmidt’s loot from the Nordic temples, objects of interesting and immense power and technology. As the executive branch, the research of such items were not under his jurisdiction, though he could retrieve information on the items and their research progress whenever he wanted. He gave a quick browse of the items Loralie went after.

Her involvement with SHIELD was strong, which half of the board were keen on getting her to spill information about now that they had her in their hands. The other half were pushing for Vuhs to heel her under his wing, extract what she had in her head with their wiping technology and turn her into HYDRA’s asset. Both directions tested Vuhs’s patience, as the job fell upon him. He felt that neither were practical- however advanced their technology were, it could not be compared to the Asgardians, much less be used to force someone of such experience and will to bend easily. Rather, he was more concerned with how the Avengers and SHIELD had been finding their bases, and if there were... traitors in HYDRA.

Vuhs tapped his pen against his lips a little more, before closing the file and rising from his chair. It was time for their ‘meeting’, having left the Asgardian ‘waiting’ for quite some time. The room was fortified with shields derived from Asgardian technology as well. It was like a two way mirror, view able from the outside, opaque from within. Walking past the guards, the room’s door slid open and he strode in. “Loralie Vördottir, how are you doing?” Said the man in a sharp-cut suit of traditional black and white.

1. Loralie has burn scars on her legs starting from the heels to just below the knee. They have faded over the years, but can still be seen. (Link for full headcanon here)

2. She has dimples.

3. There are a few moles on her body. Most notably right at the nape of her neck and at the base of her right wrist.

🙅‍♂️what does my muse feel insecure about?

Loralie doesn’t consider herself to be the greatest dancer, and would rather not be seen dancing in public (or at all).

💚what does my muse get envious over?

With both of her own parents being deceased, Loralie does find herself to get envious over people who have a good relationship with their parents/parental figures and who get to spend time with their families - especially if one or both of the parents are still alive.

She strongly prefers giving and receiving gentle love, and tries to exhibit that in her behaviour most of the time.

1. Loralie is a Swiftie! Specifically a folklore and Midnights kind of a person.

2. She prefers red grapes over green ones, but white wine over red wine.

Loralie always wears long socks, boots, skirts, dresses and pants that cover her entire lower legs and feet.

This is because she spent time on Midgård during the European Witch trials and got caught once on accident. As a result, she has some faded burn scars on her feet and ankles, because even though Asgard has some of the best healers in the Nine Realms, not everything can be dealt with by magic. Only the people closest to her have ever been able to see them or even know about their existence.

Namesakes ~

While Loralie and Lorelei, the Enchantress’ sister, have similarities like their name, nationality and their ability to control seidr, the two young women could not be more different. Starting with the pronunciation of their names, their looks and their personalities.  Occasionally this similarity in name has caused some assumptions and comparisons regarding Loralie and her person upon certain people first meeting her. Due to their personal differences, however, Loralie strongly dislikes these comparisons and has on occasion been quick to correct people if they mispronounce her name or otherwise make a comparison between her and the other ásynja.
