*SLAPS REGENCY ERA AU* This baby can fit so many characters!

Countess Bellatrix Aleera Sunset is the sole surviving member of the Sunset family. The rest of her family having died in a terrible house fire years prior, she has been afford the entire Sunset fortune. Thankfully, the family had no shortage of funds, & was able to rebuild her estate & still have much coin to spare. For the first time since the fire, Bellatrix is returning the social season to find a spouse to share her wealth with.

The youngest son of an Earl, Michael Steinsfield, & the daughter of a Baroness, Ysabell Kirkston are cousins, but a few years apart in age. Michael was raised in a house that valued strength, most younger sons of the Steinsfields Family become army men & Michael was no different, while his brothers were enjoying the season he enrolled in the military & began fostering his career. By the time all his other siblings were married, he was a Second Lieutenant. Of course, that meant however, now that there were no other siblings to fill his mother's time, it was now his turn to find someone to tie the knot with. Ysabell is the youngest daughter of the Kirkston Family, a family with no outstanding wealth or power or influence, the only well know fact about them is their family's inherit ability in dancing. Ysabell too, was no different from the rest of the Kirkstons, & is a well known young-&-coming ballet dancer, whom also shares the ability to sing, making her a high profile lady in the coming season, of which will be her first.

Zen Thorn is the second son of the Baron & Baroness Thorn, a family well down on their luck. With no money, no military alignment, no connections or ties to more well off families, & not even a decent reputation, it is the duty of the current generation of Thorn children to save this struggling family by marrying & marrying well. As the second son, he is the most expected to pick a wealthy wife, though Zen, seems disinterested at best, & rebelling against the idea at worst. He has yet to even ask a lady to dance, & for his being his second season, his parents are well & truly weighting down on him.

Malzeno Vanpir Primordia is a mysterious lord from a foreign land, a invited guest by the Queen who had taken it upon herself to find the older & handsome lord a worthy match. He is known to be a powerful duke in his home land, with many estates to his name & has known to survive no small amount of conflicts & attempts on his life, he also however comes with no small amount of rumors about him such as the belief he is a werewolf or a vampire. With the queen eagerly shoving him before the ladies of her court, he seems to utterly detest her majesty's antics & the season as a whole.

Amatsu Sutōmuzuejji is a lady from the far east, a 'friend' of the queen that was invited to enjoy the festivities for the season & the attentions of suitors at her pleasure. An apparent lady of high esteem, she claims to be a widowed Marchioness finally looking for a new spouse after her mourning period. There is no end to the subject of rumors about her, everything from Amatsu blackmailing the queen to being allowed to spend the season here, to her being a witch that threatened to curse the queen should she refuse & casting charming spells on every suitor she comes across.

Look this one is willing to go become freaking Elden Lord if it meant he could be with someone, so I think he’s be fine.

And Ruse is Ruse. Ain’t no lies keeping him from his Successor.

Me thinking about how, in the lord of chaos route, where Melina might be willing to hunt down & kill the Tarnished for fucking up everything & killing the Erdtree, Ysabell however, would not. Ysa is too sweet & gentle to raise a blade to even defend herself, let alone try to kill the Elden Lord powered by the Frenzied Flame.

If anything, Ysabell is most likely bound to die by Michael’s madness driven hand, without even a struggle.

Man who was originally the tarnished that was gonna be Elden Lord, gets demoted the Summoner’s Guardian, & will still to watch her die at the end of the adventure.

Oh, what a life.

SO right, now that I am actually done with Elden Ring, I can talk about Michael’s endings.

His Main Verse, obviously takes place while he is still traveling the Lands Between, on his mission to become Elden Lord. He wants to become Elden Lord, not because he has any desires for power, fame, or even coin, he wants the lordship because it would mean bring peace back to the Lands Between. Despite everyone telling him that a Tarnished can not become Elden Lord, he knows he would do a better job ruling then all of the Demigods fighting for the Lordship.

Because of this I believe Michael would strive for the Age of Order Ending, where people will lack for ambition & Outer Gods will not meddle in the affairs of the Lands Between anymore. For that, he will have a verse where he is the Lord of Order, the Erdtree glows a brilliant gold & happenings in the Lands Between are peaceful until something eventually happens to ruin it(something always happens to ruin good things).

But I will also give Michael the worst ending, in that I believe it could be possible of Michael’s want of peace in the world to be used to corrupt him via the teachings of the Three Fingers. That for true peace, the world must be burned down so everything can restart from zero, & the Greater Will that created the world, can undo it’s mistake of bringing hate, sadness & despair into the world. So, Michael will also have a verse where he is the Lord of Chaos & the living vessel for the Frenzied Flame, the Erdtree has been destroyed & he is looking to either kill everything in his path or corrupt others with the madness of the Frenzied Flame.

For Ysabell, nothing really changes for her in the Age of Order ending, as for Michael to achieve the lordship, she has to sacrifice herself for him to burn the Erdtree. So in the Lord of Order verse, she will be dead. In the Age of Chaos ending however, she is spared, because Michael can burn the Erdtree on his own with the Frenzied Flame & thus doesn’t need her. I believe, like with Melina, Ysabell will leave her Tarnished should they inherit the Frenzied Flame from the Three Fingers, as the flame is a form of blasphemy against the Two Fingers & the Greater Will, but would not go as far as to vow to kill them & start seeking them out after the ending; as it is not in Ysabell’s nature to fight or kill. It’s possible Ysabell could still end up dying in the Age of Chaos, given the whole point of the age is to kill, but she will likely still be alive & in-hiding from the new Elden Lord.

So I guess it’s canon now that Michael is missing one of his fucking fingers. Let’s say it’s on his right hand & it’s his ring finger.

Some tags for my Elden Ring OCs, the Tarnished MC & a Finger Maiden that doesn’t look like a rotting corpse.

Ysabell passes her time while waiting to be called on by the Tarnished by singing & dancing. Years of doing so over & over having her quite a voice & step. It’s also not uncommon for her to preform for the Tarnished either. Michael in particular find comfort in Ysabell’s voice, sometimes it even lulls him to sleep, & sleep is something Michael gets rarely. Which,given the state of the Lands Between, is no surprise, you rarely ever feel safe enough to sleep around there.
