The answer didn't surprise her, the question itself one borne of her own temper getting the better of her. She couldn't remember the last time she slept well. The last time she ate enough to actually sustain her. When she felt like she could speak openly (even to the small degree she would allow with most people), or when she looked in the mirror and didn't see a stranger. A monster.

It was only a matter of time before all that paired with the stress of their work in general caused her to have a breakdown. She only wished it had been in private.
