here's some things you can expect in this update: (READ MORE)
- STORY PROGRESSIONs.
continuing on which route you've entered in the demo, you can either progress the story with klein/yael's focused route. depending on reading speed, each routes are approximately 30~1 hour long. i would personally say klein's route is significantly shorter than yael's (i'm sorry klein enjoyers) but again it is dependent.
this update includes 2 new CGs (variations not included)
more player choices
more al screentime for al enjoyers /silly
but what if i went for the 'secret ending' in the demo? can the story continue from that?" no. the 'secret end' is basically a ||premature game over|| ending for the MC lol, however, in this update- you are given a little more context as to why this ending is even included to begin with. you'll also know why you can't continue the game if you went for this ending in the earlier version.
- visual polishes/improvements.
new titlescreen, minor sprite edits, and more! a lot of the items mentioned in the game are now illustrated to give players a better visualisation of what they should look like.
- general UI polishes/improvements.
changes are not very visible, however, i did made an effort to try and make the UI more aesthetically pleasing, accessible and consistent within the game's art style/aesthetics!
- EXTRA CONTENTs.
you can unlock 2 different titlescreens based on the choices you made in the game, and also 2 small easter eggs (which i will not reveal on how to get them, for now, at least- LOL)

SMALL DEMO UPDATE .... !!
i just updated the build and it's available to be played now (being annoying rn bcs im announcing this everywhere lol)
these past few months ive been working back n forth on polishing demo - working on log 01 simultaneously because i was so indecisive, and i ended up having a hard time because it was tough to focus on both at the same time lmao so i made the choice of polishing the demo first until im happy w how it looks, and i think i feel better about it now . the indecisiveness is rly getting to me i fear (its embarrassing bc i legit made a devlog on log 01 progress just a while ago LMFAO IM SORRY JSKAHKSG!!!!!!!!!!))))) so here it is, a demo update (??) most of the changes are mainly visuals and just fixing grammar errors/gui, story progression wise it's all the same, there's just new scenes added in between, scenes that i had to left out in the original demo to save up gameplay duration time bcs i think it was quite long already ?? (VIEW MORE SCREENSHOTS BELOW)
the changes are not significant but feel free to check out the new build if u are interested, or wait until log01 release which is gonna take a while lol//// (the characters now blink and have speaking animation, height-accurate, and theyre not awkwardly placed anymore lmfao) 3 'new' characters are also introduced, (2 of them being briar and cassius ^^) u can see them if MC decide to go to the office . . . and interact w them! some other minor improvements are also made ^ ^

i'll probably hate myself for not making a proper banner for this thing but im dead tired atm so i'll replace this later
october progress i've made so far ;w;
-made improvements to the name input/pronoun choosing screens
-finished 2 new character sprites
-sketched out new CGs for log 01!
-tested out speaking animation for when the character speaks !!
-tested out character blinking animation!
-started implementing codes for a real-time messaging screen for when the mc texts with yael !
once i get more stuff polished, i will be sharing screenshots and out of context recordings here and in the discord server >w<
will be answering asks as soon as i have the time to as well!

please do NOT send in hyper specific scenarios and explicitly sexual questions in the ask box , i won't answer them ^ ^;; if you want to be down bad by all means go wild i am not gonna stop you !! i m sorry but please go ahead to the discord server here instead where there is a nsfw section, where you can talk about it with other people. i may not actively engage in sexual discussions regarding the characters in the game, but as an adult you are free to do so , and i might even entertain some nsfw hcs /?? on occasions.
whether or not this game will include sexual content will remain heavily tentative. smut has never been my forte, and i'm not exactly comfortable in writing them myself, though, like i said- i do not discourage them !! i don't mind seeing people make nsfw works of the game characters itself :3 just make sure to tag it properly! i know this is a bit of a weird boundary, but i hope this is understandable regardless ;;

CHANGE OF PLAN REGARDING THE GAME'S DEVELOPMENT!!
i will focus on updating this demo w gui fixes + animations , etc before actually working on finishing chapter 1, i can't handle working on both things at the same time bcs it's quite a lot for my small brain HAHA and upon replaying the game, i find myself feeling not quite satisfied w many things , esp the cut-short scenes...
the current demo also has a handful of scenes that are sacrificed intentionally left out because the duration is already quite long @_@ when i update the demo later, these new scenes should be included too !!
the feedback from people who played the demo, they're really helpful and means a lot to me ^ ^ there's so many things im learning, and each feedback helps w the game's improvement, so thank u sm !!

this is probably not that important but im gna say this anyways . i forgot to made this little announcement earlier, but i recently changed the blog's url to "kleinv01.tumblr.com" from "kleinv01-vn.tumblr.com" ! i think i like it better without the - thingy :3

i just updated the game w this new GUI !!
this change is supposed to only take place along with log 01 release, but im also working on anothr game rn for spooktober and i dont wanna rush it haha ; w ;; changes made along w the GUI change :
+ added "about" section
+ sized up the dialogue font (ppl r saying it's a little too small?)
+ added outline to make the character's names easier to read
+ fixed some errors w the pronoun sys
+ fixed some grammar + spelling errors
ppl are also saying that they encounter grammar errors here and there, for now im pretty sure i've covered them, but also if u ever encounter one - please report it to me and tell me exactly where the error is! sometimes i cant nvr be so sure haha bcs english isnt my first language ;_; thank u so much !!! i hope u guys like the new GUI design and the minor changes just as much as i do !! <333
