there's a much more in depth post to this but do i think feelings between ilithyia and lucretia were at any point genuine? yes to a certain extent. i do think her worry when ilithyia was kidnapped and the anger at glaber when she discovered her never intended to make the trade for his wife were genuine. (she was also the only person like actually worried for ilithyia so)
