Back against the wall, Wyll blasts an enemy with eldritch energy, pushing them right into Durges' range. Their attack misses, and suddenly Durge is engulfed in a flurry of movement, like they're repeating the attack backwards. He blinks, and Durge is standing over their foe, teeth bared in a hunter's imitation of a smile. When he thinks on it at camp, he can only shake his head. Some trick of the light. Or Mizora's, most like.

Shadowheart grits her teeth and readies a mass healing word (nothing about this fight has gone their way, but they have to keep pushing). Durge lays a hand on her shoulder, whispers "Let me help you with that," and feels a divine energy surge through her.
