Easter chicks are a popular gift for children every year. They’re small, adorable, and well loved. But PLEASE remember that this:
will be this in the span of a few months
Chicks don’t stay small. And like any other animal, they need food (not just chicken feed - veggies, insects, calcium supplements like cuttlebone), water, interaction, space to roam, and vet care. They will need these things even when they aren’t small and cute and your neighbors are complaining about your roosters’ crowing. Don’t get any pet unless you can care for them through every stage of their life.
