whoever is handling the plot and styling of boruto: are you okay?
#one thing i loved about naruto was the art style#boruto styling wasn't very off in earlier episodes#but the most recent ones are awful#there is no structure its just wide round faces?#boruto also feels like a series of arcs that lead no where#and yeah that was naruto for a while#but there was a central plot#there is no central plot to boruto that has been touched on???#its just so aggravating#like i enjoy the lighthearted shit i really do#but its hard to watch with the art styling

Man Kishimoto made a whole series about "changing fate" and how you can forge your own path only to say it was always fate that Naruto and Sasuke were gonna fight because reincarnation, and having Neji die for Hinata even though he wanted to have agency and change his fate of having to serve her til his death like imagine doing such a hardcore 180 and for what, because shock value? The drama? The plot twist? LMFAO.
