Ok, it's done! This video took longer to finish than expected (mainly for reasons addressed in a previous post), but I had fun putting it together throughout the whole process. 😁

I heard this song in my car on the way home from work one night, and with having Johnny and Roy in my head from how much Emergency! I was watching, I thought it was a really good choice to show how these two may just think of each other as more than just friends. 😉

To my fellow Emergency! fans, and especially any Johnny & Roy shippers, I am very close to posting my first Johnny & Roy video. ☺️ The delay is that I’m trying to fix it up a bit so that it looks as nice as it can. Can is the keyword there. 😅 I bought the DVD set of the E! series back in the summer and had been pulling the episodes from them to have on my laptop for higher-quality video files to edit with. I got through all of the first three seasons without any issues, and then suddenly every time I was trying to create video files of episodes past that point, the file would be made, but it would not open to play back or use.

I tried several ways to try and make the process work again, but nothing has been successful thus far, so I’ve gone ahead and decided to give up on having video files from the DVDs of the latter three seasons, and just use what I previously downloaded online from the Archive Library. I had started editing this first Johnny & Roy vid prior to getting any DVD video files, so now I’m working on at least replacing any clips from seasons 1-3 with the higher-quality ones from the DVDs. I know with some episodes, the resolution isn’t really any better on the DVD, but it is for most of them, so I just want to add the especially beautiful clips in where I’m able to. 😉 Would still like to find a way to get all the other episodes from the DVDs for future vid projects, but for now, I have no idea how to make that happen. If only I knew what I was doing… 😜
