MK's Destiny and Nüwa's Goal
A little while ago, I made a post where i discussed if MK might be made from Nüwa's magical stones from real chinese mytholgy.
You can find the original post here, but to sum it up real quick:
A great war broke out between two powerful deities. Though, in the midst of their chaos, they broke one of the pillars that supported heaven, which then caused holes to form in the sky.
Luckily Nüwa saved humanity by using five coloured stones (red, yellow, blue, black, and white) to mend the azure sky.
The reason i traced this back to MK is because his main colour scheme IS red, yellow, blue, black, and white
And in Season 4, holes started to form in the sky, which MK then helped to mend together again.
But after i posted this theory, another quieston started to form in my mind:
Is there even more to theese stones than we thought?
The answer is YES
And thats not even all, because with the help of theese stones, or "The Five Phases" as they are originally as symbolism of, i have found an answer to A LOT of our quiestons about MK, Nuwa and the future of the show.

And how we can figure out Nüwas goal based on another Chinese Myth where she brought "destined chaos".

MK goes apeshit - three short stories of how MK goes Apeshit
Story 1 - The Traitor
The Hooded figure was waiting in one of the many rooms in the palace. The Harbinger would be here soon.
They chuckled a bit to themselves.
After the “Azure incident” the others had been much more skeptical, and the artifacts had been locked up more securely.
Even A King of The Underworld, as they were themselves, wouldn’t be able to get the artifacts on their own anymore.
The only way for someone to get it was: “If somehow, they could change the very fate of the universe”.
The Harbinger which they called “MK”, was perfect for this.
They had watched as he had slowly been drifting into more and more despair, becoming more and more desperate.
And then, The Hooded Figure had come to him, offering him a chance to change his “fate”.
A fate The Harbinger feared, so, so much. So, The Hooded figure had offered them that. A chance to “prevent it”.
The Harbinger had first, of course, been skeptical, but luckily he knew just as much as them, that time was running out.
So “MK” listened.
Add that’s what the others had gotten wrong.
The Lady Bone demon, Azure they hadn’t understood what he was, what his place in the universe truly was.
Honestly, how hadn’t they noticed?
They couldn’t control him through predetermined destinies or celestial powers.
The only way to truly control this weapon was through expecting the unexpected.
Pushing him one way, knowing that he would always go the other. That was the only way to control him.
So, they had pushed him towards something that was predetermined.
Something that, if broken, would change the very fate of the universe and drown it in chaos.
And, oh, how they would watch it in joy… The world destroyed and “MK” in the middle of it.

MK had always been a bit odd, but even Red Son could tell there was something off about him since the whole business with the scroll. In all fairness, there was something off about everyone since the latest end of the world incident.
It went without saying that MK needed some company.
Perhaps Red Son needed some too, enough to plant himself in the spiritual home base of heroes for a night. He kept his expressions appropriately annoyed about it.

⚠️ I am not chinese, so if any chinese person in the fandom wants to add something or just point out any mistake, please do ⚠️
I've seen people in the fandom call Macaque's smoke monster 'kaiju', but this is not a correct denomination.
It is better to call it "法相" (fa3 xiang4), meaning "image of (commonly Buddha)"
"佛教术语，指诸法之相状，包含体相（本质）与义相（意义）二者"
Trans.
"A Buddhist term that refers to the appearance of all dharmas, including both physical appearance (essence) and righteousness (significance)"
Following this definition, a 法相 is your true self, your essence, both physical and spiritual... meaning that Smokey (little guy) is not a 'kaiju'. It is an essence, Macaque's.
Same goes to all manifestations of characters who have a version of their 法相, it's their true essence.
Yes, you got it right! This little (not so little) guy is also a 法相.
(Don't call them 'kaiju', please).
