i just think it would be really nice to like,,, be held by davros. maybe he'd put some kind of casing over the buttons on his hull so i dont accientaly press anything by laying on it . and then over that perhaps a pillow or a blanket to make the hard surface less harsh . and then him softly and carefully running his metal fingers through my hair,,, telling me im good,,, hhhhhhh

ok, so, pictured above is davros. to put it simply, he made the daleks. (the machines)
davros himself is not a dalek
so no, his form is not inside every dalek. his DNA is, however!!!!! but not him himself.
although daleks are a creature inside that metallic hull
daleks look like this! very tentacle-y little guys
