screenies of Gaia and Hina’s beautiful house in Sulani. Gaia is the eldest daughter of Noelani and Santiago. She grew up in Sulani, but went to highschool in San Sequoia after her family moved. After graduating she moved back to Sulani, living in a very old and abandoned fisherman’s shack until she moved to this gorgeous house with her fiancée !! Gaia and Hina met playing chess on the beach. Hina’s an artist (and a mermaid) and is possibly very in love with her nature conservationist fiancée.

the Lopez’s live at 36 Bayani Place in San Sequoia. i’ve modified the lot slightly to include an attic which is Nikolas’ room (resident angsty teenager) and also has a spare bed for any guests. Noelani and Santiago Lopez were married and lived most of their life in Sulani (Noelani is a child of the islands) but moved to San Sequoia 6 years ago after Santiago’s mother, Lucia Lopez, retired. Lucia’s been single most her life (she only married briefly) and Santiago wanted to keep her company in her final years
