As long as they give permission and you discuss things with the other person throughout the process I don't see the harm. This is an event to celebrate all Star Wars OC however it's recommended to use your own OC
Again as long as you communicate clearly with the other person and you know them / their OC well I don't see the harm.

Star Wars OC Week 2022
Star Wars OC Week is a whole week dedicated to celebrating the wonderful creativity of the Star Wars Fandom. Showcasing their OCs no matter who or what they are or when they fit into the timeline.
This Star Wars OC Week will run from August 1st until August 7th.
Prompts:
Day 1: Comedy
Day 2: War
Day 3: Friends, Family, and Love
Day 4: Night
Day 5: Day
Day 6: Hope
Day 7: Tragedy
Rules:
- No NSFW
- No whitewashing
- Blood/Gore is allowed but not in heavy amounts
- Canon characters are allowed but the focus MUST be on the OC or OCs
- Anything is allowed art,stories,gifs,edits,metas just as long as it's new content created for the event and is about your OC
- No clone*est or Master/Padawan ships or any ships of that nature.
- Tag your creations with #swocweek22

Summary: When High General Yoda asked Nehutyc if he would allow himself to be assigned to his grandpadawan, Nehutyc thought it would be an honour.
He was half right.
A/N: Coming in just under the wire for @starwarsocweek2021, whoops. (Altho, the mod(s) did mark out 8 days and then give us seven prompts, so… ^^;) Prompt is angst; please observe the warnings and take care of yourselves. (This is not a happy story.
When High General Yoda asked Nehutyc, after the battle—while he was laid out in a medbay bed, no different from any of the other Vode around him, but the high general still seemed to know exactly who he was, and the Kaminiise and the trainers had never told them that could happen, that a jedi could walk into a room of Vode and somehow find a particular one without asking for them—if he would be willing to be partnered with the high general’s grandpadawan, Nehutyc had been quick to say yes, because you always said yes to your generals.
“Hurting, he is,” General Yoda added, ears drooping, and Nehutyc felt, weirdly, like he should offer the general a hug, like he would have done for any of the Vode, except the general wasn’t Vode, and Nehutyc had no idea if jedi even did hugs. “Something to trust with his back, I seek, hm? With this task, trust you I do.”
Nehutyc felt something in his chest swell, pride and relief, that he’d managed to save a general, just like he’d told Gai and A-99 he would, and now he was being rewarded, was being trusted with someone a high general wanted to be kept safe.
General Yoda nodded. “Need a good team you will, hm? Trust them, you should. To you, the choice, I will leave.”
Nehutyc’s squad had all died on Geonosis, leaving him the only survivor, but he knew he could trust his batchmates, the ones who were still alive, and they would certainly appreciate being tagged for a honour, the same way Nehutyc was.
“Good medics, too, hm?” General Yoda added, and there was something in the general’s eyes, something that reminded Nehutyc of the taste of blood on his tongue and hands scrubbed raw.
“Of course, General,” Nehutyc agreed, because you always agreed with your generals.

Star Wars OC Week 2021 Day 7; Angst
Leaving Concord Dawn
Almost didn't write this one bc I just do NOT like writing angst but I pushed through it

Warnings; fighting, talk of death and killing, yelling
Pairing; Kotyc/Elisad
"We need to leave." Elisad and Kotyc are having a very... heated discussion about their current living situation. "Kotyc, please listen to me. I do not trust that Rau is so buddy buddy with the kriffing Empire!" He's trying, and failing, not to yell. "They're slaughtering us! Peeling our armor off of our dead bodies like it's some trophy to be had!"
"You think I don't know that." Kotyc nearly snears. "And stop yelling, you're going to wake up the kids."
"I'm sorry, but Ko," the Mandalorian puts both of his hands on his spouse's shoulders, gently shaking them as he speaks, "I'm scared, and I know you are too." Elisad sighs, removing his hands to run them down his face. "How many people have left, huh? Both of our families have scattered, they've gone into hiding for their own safety. And we're the only ones left."
"I-" A quiet sob wrenches out of Kotyc, and they're immediately pulled into a hug by their husband. "I know." They cry into Elisad's shoulder. "But just the thought of ripping the kids away from the only home they've ever known is heart wrenching. Also, where would we even go? We can't exactly live out of the kriffing fighter."
"We…" Elisad sighs. "We might have to, for awhile at least."
"Stars, El. This… this is a lot."
"I know, I would fix all of this if I could." Elisad pulls back to look at his spouse. "But at this point? All I can do is keep you all safe. And to do that, we need to leave."
"So… we are leaving?" They both look over to see little Runi standing in the doorway, a very knowing look in her eyes for such a small child.
Elisad looks to Kotyc, a silent way of saying 'I need us to be on the same page with this.'
"Yes," the teary eyed Mandalorian sighs, "we're leaving."
