So from the little spoilers I got we didn't get Cure Nyammy's transformation at all 🥲🥲, disappointed but not surprised. Let's hope we finally get the cat duo in the next batch of episodes

I hope we actually get Cure Nyammy's transformation in this episode and maybeeee her actually joining the team cause if she doesn't...I'm low-key going to stop watching the show. Considering that the next episode involves a sleep over involving Mayu it's clear we might not be getting Cure Lillian anytime soon, though of course the new episode batch hasn't come out yet so who knows. I'm just hoping we get both Nyammy and Lillian before like episode 18 or 20 or else we're going to get another Cure Majesty situation and having to wait until EPISODE 30 for possibly TWO MID-SEASON CURES THIS TIME. Please toei don't let me down ;;;

So we won't be getting Cure Lillian in episode 13..or episode 14...Can I rant about something for a sec? I don't really like what toei is doing with revealing pretty cure characters. Like instead of the usual revealing the poster cures towards the beginning of the show, since Hirogaru Sky they've been revealing the poster cures in little bits. It honestly feels like kind of a waste revealing the cures in strange little bits, then when we finally DO get the mid-seasons they get revealed at episode 30 and it feels like we've spent so little time with them. Cute Majesty wasn't even in the show for long because of toei's new strategy. I know Toei is probably trying to do something new with the series but it honestly annoying at this point. I hope this makes sense

Honestly in reality I can't wait for the Komugi, Iroha, Yuki, Mayu, Satoru, and Daifuku group to EVENTUALLY happen. A chaotic group made up of shape shifting animals and their owners trying to help them in both school, life, and being a pretty cure.

Okay so Mey Mey did in fact help enroll Komugi into school. He didn't know anything about the human world or even the pretty cures themselves but he apparently knows how to enroll someone into school, oh pretty cure never change

Ok so I have much bigger proof that Satoru and Daifuku will become the mid-season cures and it has to do with Satoru's last name.

With Komugi, Iroha, Mayu and Yuki, they all have last names relating to animals, specifically their pets. With Iroha and Komugi, their last name is Inukai and Inu is dog in Japanese hence relating to Komugi. Mayu and Yuki have the last name Nekoyashiki, and Neko is cat in Japanese hence relating to Yuki. Believe it or not, Satoru's last name Toyama is also animal-related as well, but it's more subtle then both the last names I just showed above.

If you were to search up Toyama by itself, you actually wouldn't be able to find it because the kanji that is used in his name (兎山), isn't a typical kanji that is used in that surname. However, if you were to search it up by the first half of it {To (兎)}, you would come across the surname Tomiyama. Tomiyama itself has many different meanings and kanji, and one of those ways of spelling it is with the kanji 兎耳山.

It's here that we discovered that To (兎), has the meaning of "rabbit, hare", it also can be a alternative name for the moon and guess what animal is associated with the moon, rabbits! The other half of his name Yama (山) means "mountain", so his last name literally means "rabbit mountain".

You know who is also a rabbit...Daifuku...I rest my case Satoru and Daifuku pretty cures 2024 no doubt about it.

I'm just over here trying to figure out HOW Komugi did end up going to school. All the other not from the human world/not human cures at least had A. someone they were staying with who was willing to enroll them in said school (or in ruru's case literal brainwashing), or B. a mascot/someone from not human world who was knowledgeable enough about the human world to enroll them in school. Komugi has like, none of those options. She can't tell Iroha's parents about who she is cause Maymay told them not to say anything about being pretty cure, and speaking of Maymay, I'm pretty sure he doesn't even know what school is. I can't wait for the next episode just to see how she ended up going lolll

My Design for Satoru's Pretty Cure persona: Cure Wisdom!

I don't think I've been more nervous for mid-season cure reveal then I am for this series, especially given toei's reputation with mid-season cures cure ace and cure earth. So I took upon myself to make a curesona for Satoru aka Cure Wisdom, a name I got from a fake toy listing lol. I'm not very good with boy designs so I got some design elements inspo from Takumi's Black Pepper alter ego and from the official Easter merchandise from Wonderful Precure that Satoru is actually apart (also where I got inspo for his color palette). I also didn't know what kind of hat to give him, so I give him a little hair accessory. It's not the best but I like it quite enough.
