Teylabeth Week goes into its third round!
For everyone who is new to this or unsure what this is about, let me clear things up:
What is Teylabeth Week? Teylabeth week is a week during which we celebrate the ship of Teyla Emmagan/Elizabeth Weir more than usual, a week where we show our love and appreciation of this ship.
When is Teylabeth Week? Teylabeth Week 2024 will take place between June 3.-9.
How can I participate? There are many ways you can participate! By writing fanfic, making fanart, writing meta, editing, collaging, cosplaying, giffing, whatever seems right to you to celebrate this ship!
I don’t really write/make art/feel comfortable with sharing anything, can I still participate? Of course! This week lives through people who engage with the contributions! Go through the Teylabeth tag, engage with posts and fanart, comment on fics, the sort of things that keep fandoms alive!
Are there rules to the contributions? No rules! Everything is allowed! But please make sure that your contributions are tagged accordingly (ratings on ao3 as well as content warnings) so people can filter them out! Also, since this is Teylabeth week, the contributions should center around Teylabeth <3
Is there going to be a fic exchange? No, there isn’t.
Are there going to be prompts? Yes, indeed! You can find the prompts below.
Are the prompts binding? Absolutely not! They are meant as inspiration should you need it! You can do as many or as few prompts as you like, or none at all if your ideas are taking your elsewhere!
Is there going to be an ao3 collection? Yes! I will share the link in time!
Anything else I should know? Please tag your posts on social media with “Teylabeth Week 2024” so they can be found by everyone!

Hey hey! Just saw that you’re thinking about organizing something for the Atlantis and the stargate movie anniversaries and I just wanna say i’m STOKED!!!! I was thinking of organizing something myself but i’m glad to see that others are excited as well and want to share some stargate love🥰
We're currently looking at a bingo option, as well as 'use any of the bingo prompts' sort of thing, to make it as wide open as possible. We'd be glad to work with others and/or pimp out anything you want to organize...
And likely an ongoing fest... from like May or June through October, since SGA came on in July and the movie was released in October. So regular poking at folk during that time. But also to let folk who want to do a bingo to have the time...
Feel free to reach out and share at any point! I'll be reaching out to other Stargate fest folk during April to let them know, so we can all come together and not compete...

Romancing Stargate
February is all about Romance and Stargate... lots of options for everyone!
For the McShep *and* happy ending folk, there is Romancing McShep on its own Dreamwidth journal . Treats will be available starting February 1 and your works can be posted starting February 14 through February 29. More information on the Dreamwidth journal.
For all other SGA pairings (and McShep unhappy endings), is offering Romancing SGA hosted on SGA_Saturday. Any pairing, any state of happiness is welcome.
For the SG-1 and SGU folk, Stargate Fests is hosting Romancing SG-1. (It says SG-1 but SGU folk are more than welcome to play.
Posting of art, fic (drabble to epic is welcome), podfic, moodboards, playlists, is open on the respective DW account and/or on their Ao3 collections.

SGA Saturday - Amnesty!
It's beginning to look a lot like AMNESTY!
Every year at this time the community (on Dreamwidth here: https://sga-saturday.dreamwidth.org/250499.html) goes into Amnesty mode - which means you can write anything you want based on any of the prompts we've posted. Got something for week #1's coffee prompt? Write it! How about week #35's dragon prompt? Yep, write it!
And because of how the calendar flows in January, 2024, you actually have a full extra week of Amnesty to deal with. So you've got until Saturday, January 6th to get your Amnesty fill. Just remember when you're filling a prompt, please use both the "Amnesty 2023" tag as well as the tag for the week you're filling.
