Are you ready for a new CAS Challenge?

For this challenge I was inspired by the bonds our moods and favorite songs share. We all have those go-to songs we put on repeat when we're going through something, whether good or bad. This CAS challenge is meant to incorporate both the music that inspires us and the clothes we use to reflect those moods to the outside world.

THE RULES:

Let's make your #mood playlist!

There are 12 prompts total. Preferably do all 12, but you can start with any one you want and go in any order you like.

Choose a song that you associate with the mood you've chosen.*

Create an outfit for your Sim of choice that you feel is the best visual representation of that song/mood.

Share your creations and songs using #moodcas. If you want me to personally reblog your playlists, be sure to tag me too! Want to share special memories about your songs? I'd love to hear them!

As always, have fun!

*Want to make this more challenging? Instead, choose songs from the point-of-view of the Sim you've chosen to dress for this challenge!

Hey yknow what helps people stop using curseforge?

Sub to them on patreon. Send them cash on Ko-fi. Commission them for cc. A lot of people started using cf because of the income aspect -- I mean, all people had to do was download for free, and they'd get a little income from the ad revenue. Easy peasy. They had no idea a fucking genocide would happen under their noses and that the site they threw their lot in with would be a contributor to the aggressors. Because they aren't fucking involved, they're just people making cc for pocket change.

So if you're gonna yell down from your high horse about how horrible people are for being tangentially involved in what corporations are doing with income they generate off the backs of independent creators -- you should open your fucking wallet and help those people so they can get off the site instead of, yknow, sending anonymous messages to people just to pick fights between people.

Fucking slacktivists.

Simple ways to cheer up the people in this community!!!

If someone posts an ask game, send them a question or two from the list! (Especially if you reblog it from them!!!)

If someone posts a poll or otherwise asks for an opinion on something, make your opinion known! It only takes a few seconds!

If it’s someone’s birthday, wish them a happy birthday, even if you don’t really know them!

If someone makes a personal post about their day and you read it, click the like button! If they don’t receive any notes, they might think that no one saw their post, or (possibly worse) that everyone saw it and no one cared.

If you find a new blog to follow, send them a message saying how much you love their content!

Leave comments on posts, even if it’s just a heart emoji or something like “I love this post/story/sim”!

If you see someone answer a mean anon message, send a positive message to fight that negativity! Praise that simmer whose content and personality you love!

If someone doesn’t seem to feel well, ask them if they’re okay, or tell them that you wish they feel better soon!

These are really basic things that won’t take a lot of your time, but can mean so much to the other person. Of course you can’t do all of these for all the people all the time, but if you have some time to browse your dashboard and do these for even a few people, it still makes a huge difference!

The final day of @windbrook's Slashed CAS Challenge, The Killer aka Lucian Wargrave/ The Shadow, and the 6th and final death in the story. (Twisted to meat paste by Sayoko's power and Mal's knife)

Lucian Wargrave was your normal teenager in the sleepy little town of Craven Falls until he joined his classmates Penny and Ellis to set up the annual Halloween prank by summoning a visitor from the other side with a strange green liquid they used replacing the absinthe that broke and spilled… well they did summon something

"It has been 18 years since I had a suitable vessel, now it is the time for terror will rise"

Lucian's hidden dark feelings like resentment and anger toward others along with the envy that Mal won Sayoko's heart first, make him acceptable to the dark power that the Shadow offers and the merged entry started its killing.... until there were none left.

Day 11 of @windbrook's Slashed CAS Challenge, Malachi "Mal" Thorncastle, the hunter, red herring for the killer, and 5th onscreen death(?) in the story.

Malachi "Mal" Thorncastle was the town's "bad boy" due to his history of mental illness, being non-verbal(selective mutism) and the rumors of him being an illegitimate son of the serial killer and one of his targets, making him unpopular at school with only Jakob and Sayoko as his social circle, and was invited to be Sayoko's date by Jakob for the Halloween party to set things up for their mutual crush to each other but got late, and upon seeing all the dead bodies, pick up a knife and start his hunt of the killer to protect his remaining friends.

"I want to tell you that I love you..." the last words Mal said to Sayoko

Day 10 @windbrook's Slashed CAS Challenge, William Ashleigh-Dantes the detective wannabe, and the 4th on-screen death in the story.

William always wanted to be a detective since he was little and started his own true crimes and mysteries podcast: Project Death with Heather, Penny, and Lucian for the school. when the bodies started dropping at this year's Halloween party just like the one at 18 years ago, Will was more than less happy to play detective to find out who was killing his friends, he did a good job of looking for clues, but sadly his investigation has cut down when he is found bisected in half by a chainsaw… "Not a groovy way to go, AAAHAAhhh!" the recorded last words of William Ashleigh-Dantes in his phone recovered by the Craven Falls police department.

Day 9 of @windbrook's Slashed CAS Challenge, Mrs Addams the harbinger and Sayoko's mentor in the way of the "final girl"

Macaria "Macy" Addams nee Prescott aka Widow Addams after her husband's mysterious death and her spookiness, is the new student counselor and therapist of Myers HIgh returning after 18 years, and this year chaperone for the Halloween Party but when she finds some of her students doing a ritual and the killings started, it brings back memories of what happened 18 years ago, the Craven Falls Serial Killings that she was one of the almost victims and the "final girl" that put the end of it with the fame and misery that she spend years to deal with.
