Inuyasha and Kagome are more-less around the same age physically and mentality. Plus Inuyasha didn't raised partially Kagome. Even if there are problems in the relationship they are usually on equal ground. The same cannot be said about S and Rin at all.

Sesshomaru canonically showed no romantic or sexual interest in Rin as a child in the Inuyasha anime, so he is not a pedophile.
And that Rin being mom in Yashanime at 18 is not proof that she was the victim of grooming, due to the fact that we are in a feudal era where girls under 18 are seen as adults.
Grooming also involves a lot of time spent with the person, Sesshomaru was from what we know canonically on the move a lot and came to see Rin from time to time. In the facts, nothing on screen is shown that could suggest grooming.
Canonically, there is no grooming storyline in the Sessrin relationship on screen in Inuyasha and Yashanime, whether you like it or not.
