im still doing one meal a day and it’s honestly not too hard like i don’t feel that hungry and i think it’s cuz i’ve been eating big meals for that one meal but yeah tmrw i don’t think im being forced to go out to eat or go eat at someone’s house so i can finally just make my own low cal dinner (planning to do the treadmill later my sibling is using it rn)
