im still doing one meal a day and itâs honestly not too hard like i donât feel that hungry and i think itâs cuz iâve been eating big meals for that one meal but yeah tmrw i donât think im being forced to go out to eat or go eat at someoneâs house so i can finally just make my own low cal dinner (planning to do the treadmill later my sibling is using it rn)
