#went it because i thought i had a flat tire once and i heard the mechanic#who was a very elderly man mind you say teehee#anyway it turns out none of my tires were flat but every single one including the spare was significantly deflated#the mechanic was delighted because as he told me 'thats the first time ive seen all five go out at once youre very impressive'#so maybe your mechanic is just experiencing wonder and couldnt contain a teehee of excitement

#no bc i LOVE chickens#ive had a flock for about a decade now but the majority of my hens have died of old age or the occasional hawk so now im down to 5#they dont have a rooster which is fine bc my dog has always been their rooster and all my girls follow her around the field#my dog is a fantastic rooster and has defended them from many a predator but recently she got pretty sick#the vet basically put her under house arrest so for the past three months or so shes been away from the hens while she recovers#WELL without their rooster one of my hens has decided to TRANSITION INTO a rooster#shes started bulking up and becoming incredibly protective of the hens and getting denser feathers#and then the other day she CROWED#like full on rooster crowed multiple times#and now shes trying to mate with the other hens#idk what her pronouns are technically now but i refer to all the hens as velociraptors most of the time anyway so it doesnt rlly matter#but YEAH#chickens are really cool#they can be gay AND trans#so thats fun
