Terms and Conditions (KaiSoo) - complete
Tumblr media
Rating: R18+
Pairing: Jongin x Kyungsoo
Warnings: Angst. References to current events. Fluff. Boys having lazy, languid sex. Defiance in the face of everything.
Summary: Terms and conditions are only worth the nondisclosure paper they’re written on. In the end you make your own. Kyungsoo and Jongin have known this all along.
Notes:This is my attempt at something of a band-aid for the January 1st news for those who might want one. If you feel you do not necessarily need this, please read at your own discretion. I just know that some people out there who are fond of Kaisoo are hurting, so as a fic writer this is the one balm I can offer.
Kyungsoo changes planes in Singapore.
It’s a transit airport which makes swapping flights that much easier – his luggage is simply re-routed internally without anyone having to pick it up off a carousel. It’s an old trick but one that’s still the easiest to pull off under watching eyes. Especially on something as public as his first holiday in working memory.
The passenger plane from Seoul lands on the farthest runway in Changi airport which for once isn’t an inconvenience. Mask in place, Kyungsoo waits patiently until everyone has departed the plane and then stands, gathering his bag from the overhead storage bin. When he descends the rickety staircase buffeted by the incoming winter storms, the last of the passengers are already ducking into the hastily-erected overhang that will take them upstairs into the warm terminal.
Kyungsoo instead takes a sharp left turn the moment his feet hit the tarmac. The waiting van is sleek in the drizzling rain, black and shiny with its faint covering of droplets as it sits, engine purring. Kyungsoo hauls open the back sliding door and slips inside, shaking the lapels of his coat.

Note
can i request some pointless non au kaisoo fluff? anything you want to write~ i just love how fluffy your writing is! thank you~
Kaisoo fluff is never pointless and there is never enough of it in this world! I loved writing this so much. It was inspired by Kyungsoo talking about wanting to be a farmer. Ugh, he’s the cutest. Hope you like it! ♥
Pairing: Kaisoo
Rating: PG
Genre: Fluff, pure freaking fluff
Length: 1,838
Warning: General cheesiness
Traffic zooms by in the distance, lulling Jongin into a half sleep. He keeps himself awake for no other reason than to watch Kyungsoo compose his music. The scratch of his pencil against the paper sounds like music itself and Jongin smiles, rolling onto his side to face Kyungsoo.
He watches but he keeps quiet, keeps his hands to himself, aware of how easily Kyungsoo can be distracted. His gaze drifts over Kyungsoo’s face—his full cheeks, those round eyes adorned with thick-rimmed glasses, the perfect slope of his nose—and he wonders to himself how he got this lucky.
“Jongin,” Kyungsoo murmurs, brows furrowing at the paper in front of him as he scribbles something out.
Jongin purses his lips together, knowing he’s been caught. “Yeah?”
“You’re staring.”

Live Up To your Name Ep 1-4
I like that the comedy is largely situational and based off of fish out of water hijinks. It in no way makes Kim Nam Gil\’s character a fool or an idiot. In fact, one of the things I love most about this show is how it makes a point to emphasize Heo\’s intelligence, while still mining a lot of comedy from his situation. He is literally a man out of time. And his attempt to adopt to the current situation is both played for comedy and character development.
It\’s a clever shows that our circumstances define us and our choices. In Jeosen, Heo is a famous doctor who is very much self assured and respected for his skills. However his desire to treat his patients is tinged largely with a mercenary edge. His status and standing in Jeosen does not give him the luxury of treating his patients with an altruistic mindset. However, he seems to be a very differnt person in present day Seoul; without the limitations of status, he is free to treat his patients as he wishes and need not worry so much about gaining wealth. He still wants fame and money, and most of his attempts to help people is shadowed by his desire to show off to Yeon Kyung, but it is less mercenary.
With the trip to Jeosen, things have changed. Yeon Kyung now knows how talented and self assured Heo is (which was hot by the way) and I am interested to see how she will treat him from here on out. And now that his true nature has been revealed to Yeon Kyung, I can\’t wait to see how this will color their dynamic. #liveuptoyourname
