🤍 “I don’t really like (food offered)”
🤍 “My body’s not used to eating at this sort of time, I usually eat later/before”

🤍 Classic: “I’m not hungry”
🤍 “I feel unwell, so my appetite is gone”
🤍 “Last time I ate (food offered) I got really sick/food poisoning, so I avoid eating it now”

today was a good day irt restriction. I had a small breakfast, regular lunch and small afternoon meal that doesn't really qualify as dinner but I'm not having dinner. I was gonna skip breakfast, but I think I need to work my way up to that, I don't want to end up binging because I was rushing. I almost binged on Saturday, but I managed to be fine by sleeping through it. I lost most of the day to that.

I failed the snack rule today but I did manage to exercise at least.
I will start focusing more on my eating disorder from now on.
food rules:
drink one sip of water for each bite of food
snacks: bone broth, chewing gum, ice cubes. nothing else
And I will also exercise 3 times each week
