in my further adventures into “try to beat all the pokemon games you own instead of just abandoning them for arceus’ sake”, i have finally made a list of which order i plan on completing the games in. platinum may be completed sooner because the only reason i stopped playing that one is because i got stuck and genuinely have no idea how to progress lmao

unfortunate update…. my playthrough of heartgold has been brought to a (hopefully temporary) halt as the rom has been crashing on a level that it’s nearly impossible for me to actually play the game. i have a few ideas on how to fix it but for now i can’t really play it :’)

i’m getting back into pokémon which is all fun and games until the shiny hunting instincts that have been laying dormant inside me for 7 years start to wake up again

the urge to do a shiny hunt is so big but i have better stuff to do with my life… hrrrggg

Bill from Pokémon is genuinely really fascinating to think about when it comes to how important he is in the Pokémon world vs how he's practically completely forgotten about in the fandom except for mainly Gen1 and 2 fans. Even then he's really only remembered by "oh he's the guy who accidentally combined himself into a Pokémon" and not "oh he's the guy who invented the Pokémon Storage System".
