Miguel plushie ❤️

This is the 5th custom plushie I've commissioned from StitchyButton over the course of 10 years and all of them have exceeded my expectations! All I did was send her reference pictures of the characters and I've been really happy with her interpretations. For Miguel, I requested a bigger than the average nose that she normally makes for her plushies due to him having a rather prominent nose. In the past, I've requested a specific facial expression (i.e. grumpy instead of cheerful/neutral) for a different character.
He's made from a fleece material; I believe the buttons and decals are painted pieces of fleece. The attention to detail is great, all the various quirks of his outfit like his rolled-up pants, shoulderpads, and belt affixtures are included. As you can see, his hair is composed of individual strands, with the possibility of pushing the one in his face back seamlessly.
I highly recommend StitchyButton! Miguel is the Cuddle Style that she makes, but I've gotten plushies from her in both her Standard Style and Cuddle Style. She does sales periodically and if you support her on Patreon, you get monthly coupons for 15-30% off.

Penitence - Miguel (My Time at Sandrock)
Reposting this piece after adding a signature. I consider this a WIP as I plan on doing a better coloring job on it, and while I don't normally sign WIPs (or many of my finished works for that matter), I'm going to have to work on changing that habit as I don't want to indirectly encourage the mindset that not crediting artists is ok if they don't sign their work.
I don't care about my own work being stolen, my style isn't very popular in the MTAS fandom and I fell for one of the unpopular characters, so I mostly just want my art to be seen. I do however care a lot about other artists not being properly credited for their work, and I care a lot about people going to bat for artists to be properly credited. I've already said everything that I had to say about this on the MTAS sub about a recent relevant incident (and in some cases, I've had to repeat the same thing because my words were being twisted).
TL;DR version: Always credit artists. "Credit to the creator" is not proper credit. "Found on Pinterest" is not proper credit. Even if a piece is not signed, you should still credit the creator. It's especially easy to find creators in smaller fandoms, just search on Google for the subject matter, the name of the fandom, and the words "fan art". If you can't find the artist, include a query in your repost requesting help identifying the artist, there will always be people who will be happy to help out.
