The only reason I get the "gross" on kissing is probably because they're kins and my brain's klicking evilly haha.

dirkjohn ramble - how they'd work in my opinion as a non-romantic dynamic

the only reason i think dirkjohn could be fun would be not actual shipping but instead. john feeling obligated to chase dirk, dirk wanting john out of the narrative. perpetual boycotting each other, no actual romance involved, just dynamic.

adding onto myself, i also like the idea of two of my highest kins atm making each other blatantly worse mentally. a pain in the back for dirk, a pain in the head for john. just actual enemies, no lovers, no blackrom, just a weird sense of "i need you because without you my importance in the universr faintly fades" for john vs "i need you gone, with you my purpose in the universe is neigh useless and i actually think you should be erased."

i dont want to ever see them kiss. that's gross and awful.

i dont want them to date, i just think their dynamic of being faintly dependent in a weird awful way is interesting. you'll never see them in the same room, that'd just end in dirk killing john and john knows that. he just intends to stay alive and keep The Prince from taking the universe.

Obsessed with the stupid public stunts Dirk and Jake could get up to on Earth C after getting together again. There'd be the craziest shit in the news like

Earth C's BILLIONAIRE HOTSHOT Jake English has recently been called into controversy after posting a 10-minute video labeled 'noodle mukbang' which involved him EATING what appeared to be HUMAN INTESTINES. After seeing the amount of concerns regarding the contents of the video he stated that they were in fact, the intestines of his fellow god and current boyfriend; Dirk Strider, and apparently he had gained consent to both the (temporary) removal of Dirk's intestines and his use of them in the video.

He claimed he did not mean to cause any disturbance with the video and had only meant it as an 'April Fools joke' and that he 'didn't intend for it to be taken so seriously!!' but this does not change the fact that there was neither a warning nor age restriction on the video, leading many people to click on it unaware of the triggering contents. By the 2nd of April he had issued an apology after being publicly reprimanded on several social media sites by Jane Crocker, June Egbert, Roxy Lalonde and other notable gods. One concerning comment made by Roxy Lalonde was: 'jake. PLEASE keep it in the bedroom next time or the mortals are gonna start accusing us of practicing cannibalism'

And they'd just keep doing stuff like this without realising how fucked up it is because they're just too desensitized to violence to care. I couldn't even imagine how often their breakup collateral damage would end up on the news
