Normally I wouldn't post something like this about a supplement company (because let's face it they are all in some ways fraudulent), but this company egregiously uses photoshopped models and "athletes" to purposefully deceive the uninformed. Don't let companies like @future.labs take your money.

So @bebecca930 were at Target yesterday and She saw these "protein pancake" mixes. They had regular mix and these to-go cups, which are basically instant pancakes in a cup. I had to try one haha. They look weird, but I'll admit they are darn tasty. Put come coconut nectar in the cup and damn it was good. Went to work for a meeting and travelled up to @shipwreckdandy for a haircut, but I didn't realize they aren't open on Monday's. Thankfully the owner saw me and when I told him I was up from Fort Myers he gave up his own free time to give me a haircut! It was an incredibly nice and generous gesture. He was so cool about giving me a cut on his day off. Also, what a fucking haircut haha - I look nice! We talked a lot about our round and oval faces and and the need for a more squared look lol. Lots of work today: started with #squats 4x10 @ 225 then decided to conventional #deadlift with @tarzanlifting and it felt great, so I kept going up to a heavy single 455 and went for 500 haha ( @coreyclarkstrongman did not approve at first lol ).
