For those interested in a little bit of old school writing, we have limited numbers of Diamine fountain pen ink (various colours; 30 ml) and Platinum Carbon Ink 60 cc (black) in store. 

Diamine inks are from the UK and touted to be non-toxic and perfect for any fountain pen. Boasting vibrant colours and good flow, Diamine inks also come in small bottles, so that you can sample different coloured inks.

Japan's famous Carbon Ink is waterproof when the ink has completely dried. While the ink has the potential to damage the pen if not used properly, it is a sought-after ink for those who want some permanence from their fountain pens.

Sunday Dream is a storybook zine by Rusty John Lemon Snare about a love tale, which is set in the cosmos and told with much imagination.  We also have the Cosmic Tarot prints and two hanging handmade prints available.

The Sierra Slip-On ballpoint pens and mechanical pencils are made from incense cedar, and are small enough to slip into a pocket or a journal. Available in seven different colours to suit our many temperaments.

We gave our shop a makeover in October, and there’s hence space for more e+m stuff! There’s a clutch pencil + sharpener set, a pencil extender and one that’s both a clutch pencil and a ballpoint pen (just switch out the lead with the pen refill).  ABOUT E+M HOLZPRODUKTE  e+m Holzprodukte is a Germany company with a special interest in manufacturing eco-friendly products. Many of their items are certified by FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and made in Germany using domestic wood and traditional craft techniques. We carry e+m's writing instruments, tops, rulers, pen cases and key rings (sold out). Crafted from great woods like ash, maple, walnut and zebrano, and finished with natural oils and waxes. AIRVASE by TORAFU ARCHITECTS

To be honest, we were a bit skeptical when we first read about these airvases. Until we got our hands on a few and then we are truly pretty amazed. Each airvase is created from a single flat sheet of paper and can be stretched and manipulated by hand to form different shapes for different uses. They can be flattened after use so they are easy to keep! Use one to dress up a simple vase! Or make a dish to hold your stuff. These are perfect for a lift to your home, and are sure to charm your visitors. 

These airvases are from Mina Perhonen’s Garden series.

Lovingly handmade in Brisbane by Clare Collyer, her rope creations are made of 100% cotton rope and uses coloured stitching as decorative detail. 

We love the dedication to craft Clare shows and also the practicality of these items. The smaller dishes/ bowls would do well as desk caddies, while the medium and large size ones would do well in the kitchen, or for housing craft supplies. We also carry Zillpa's coasters and pot holders. 

The maker recommends that you use a damp cloth to clean the rope product, and to dry flat. If needed, you may machine wash on a gentle, cold cycle inside a garment bag or pillow case.
