genuinely . genuinely ozzy is so genuinely beloved by me like the way ozzy writes aegon and perceives aegon and has made him so multifaceted and interesting has changed the way I perceived the character almost entirely . she gives him a layer of depth and nuance that honestly ? honestly - makes him so much more intriguing as a character and as an antagonist. and the bond we’ve crafted between the two of them is ???? it makes everything so much more tragic. from where they were to what inevitably ends up happening between the two of them and like ? she’s utterly masterful as a writer, and so passionate about making sure we understand his character while also not shying away from the darker aspects of his personality . we’ve been following each other pretty much since I first made rhaenyra back last year and it’s been so 😭 very special to me getting to write an actual closeness between them and ozzy v much has the patience of a saint for how often she listens to me go on about rhaenyra
