Cozy Colonial is a house that I originally built when I first became interested in the building part of the Sims. After rediscovering it in my library, I lovingly and violently got rid of all the shoddy looking parts of it and amped it up to its now much prettier aspect. This is partially a shell, which means that I have fully completed the kitchen but have only a half completed living area for you and an unfinished bedroom and bathroom. But I did put in some nice flooring and siding for your convenience though :P

It is your simblr, your game and your place for relaxing.
You don’t owe anything to anyone.
You can change stories, challenges how many times you want if you feel like playing with ten different challenges , quitting some and starting new, you can it is your blog.
Don’t let anyone dictate how you play your game, how you post or write your stories. Your blog, your rules, you decide.
You can take breaks and hiatuses and it is not a bad thing, instead a good thing for you!
Be mindful of others and be friendly, treat other simmers how you want to be treated. Courtesy and good manners get you far.
Make someone happy daily and post on their post, like all posts, or send a little ask with nice words.
Play sims and enjoy the game, play it for you and if you feel like sharing the game play , writing a story you do that.
Block all anon hate and do not post that. Posting messages from salty anons gives them just more boost, Block and delete, rinse and repeat, if nothing else helps turn anon off.
Be safe sound and happy and play sims!

Presenting my 2014 Christmas present for you guys: Pink Lemonade Cottage! After being unable to part with my Colorful Cottage posted earlier in the week, I decided to build a new house to give out using a similar aesthetic and I absolutely love how it came out!
The house is fully furnished and has a fair amount of CC, but I have included a CC list so you can make it look like the pictures. It’s quite tiny, with two stories and just one bedroom, and one bathroom. The bedroom uses the TSR caravan set double bed (so it can be against the wall and save space). This cottage is perfect for a young couple just starting out, or an older couple looking to retire.
I really hope you enjoy this house as much as I enjoyed making it for you!!

Today (after a bit of a break due to work) I bring you another new upload. This is yet another s3ccwish from tumblr made by a dear friend, annywaysimblr with a personal twist. What we have here is the UL jacket with the shirt changed out for a turtleneck and sleeves added. We both liked the UL jacket and details so there was no point changing them, then I added the turtleneck which looks really good, great for those cold winter evenings.

Reality: Spent 3 hours fumbling through Sims CC sites
Another ½ hour running all downloaded CC through Sims 4 Studio
CAS fixes!
Me: Open Sims game…Open CAS… Start making a Sim, he is totally naked… 30 minutes elapsed time… Close Sims… Wow! That was so much fun!
