Okay. Back at it. We're trying to really make some Progress I'm just very very sleepy. Let's see, what to do with our time....
I think brushing koromaru is legitimately the most useful thing I can do.
Man. This science class talking about needing to be environmentally friendly for the sake of all life on earth, and the adults may not see the consequences but the kids will..... It just kinda hits different in the context of P3 and the Fall.

.....the TV has Featherman on Sundays, after the shopping program, and this time it said the next episode is "Inside the Body Politic" which stands out to me because my theater just had a big-deal event that the mayor and at least part of a congressman's office attended with a movie called The Body Politic. But also because apparently this episode features the Feathermen shrinking down to microscopic size to investigate an official's disease, which is significant to me for reasons few will understand. @unwontedfemme knows why I am pinging her.
Anyway today we will work at the movie theater. Heeeeyyyy achievement get! Now another study session, and then I get through exams and pause for a bit to be a human.
Oh no this study session is awkward.....it'll be precious soon though I'm sure. Yep, there it goes. I have no words to express myself properly. Like. Yes. This is what I wanted. This game is GETTING IT.

Well, let's do a rank check real quick.
I have maxed Priestess, Hierophant, Lovers, Chariot, Hermit, Hanged, Death, Temperance, Tower, and Star.
At Rank 9 I have Fool, Devil, and Sun.
At Rank 8 is Strength.
At Rank 5 I have Emperor and Fortune.
At Rank 4 is Magician.
At Rank 3 is Justice.
At Rank 1 is Empress.
And I have yet to begin Moon or Aeon.
I cannot check which links need bonus points right now so I'm gonna just brush koromaru. Minato needs it after all of the Everything.
Today I think we go with Yuko. We can blast through Mitsuru's pretty quick. So, Yuko. We love Yuko. She's one of my faves. But we platonic her this time.
Yuko is also one of the ones who makes me saddest when I think about the various social links *after* the end of the game. Especially when romanced, but the point remains.
Now we go finish out our link with Tanaka! Once I make sure I have a Devil on me. I do!
God. Color Your Night is such a good song. Pure vibes.
I honestly love Tanaka, he's so awful, and twisted up and revelling in being a shitheel capitalist. But there's also A Guy who has his reasons and justifications under there, and he can be convinced to change his actions - if not his thinking. "Donation. No, I'm definitely not being kind. It's an investment, someday it'll benefit me. Please believe I am still a 110% self-serving bastard, not just an 85% self-serving bastard."

Aigis bolted after class and is still gone. Probably normal. Leeeet's....work at Chagall.
Midnight! It is Time. Aigis finds Ryoji on the Moonlight Bridge. She draws some conclusions. Her decision is violence. God, fuck, I'm so excited to see this cutscene.
Oh....ohhhh that was stunningly beautiful. I wonder what the decision-making process was, for whether cutscenes would be anime or 3d? Regardless that was incredible. So much clearer than the original, dramatic and balanced and my fucking god. Aigis's "...I'm scared..." as her visual feed shut off.....hnnk.
And now the rest of the team gets the backstory reveal. Ryoji is a Shadow who was sealed inside tiny Minato! Plus some stuff about the maternal being and how Ryoji was born. And then he faints!
More cutscenes. Exposition. The world is ending. Everyone will die. "We'll all surrender the will to live" fuck that's chilling. Especially - he used we. Everyone gets Apathy Syndrome, everyone dies, oh and there's no way to stop it.
The presentation of the choice. Ryoji is human at all because of his link to Minato - so Minato can kill him to delay the end. SEES will lose their power and all memory of the Dark Hour, and die none the wiser when the Fall comes.
I usually headcanon this means anything of a human soul Ryoji has came from Minato. So he'd be killing a piece of himself - really fits with the themes of self-destruction, don't you think?
Fuck, they're really dropping a "something only you can do", verbatim? Idr if they did the first time but it's such a fucked up situation. I love.
Coworker M told me he understands the decade-long obsession, by the way.
Ryoji gives us one month to mull it over. It's fine everything is fine 🙃
I am calling it here for the night. Gotta digest that. It has been a long day of solar eclipses and allowing the ruination of my heart.
Coworker M has beaten Reload! He is not okay. X said he'd message me when he finishes, and I have no message yet. I am walking home from work, but once I'm comfy, I will....progress. I have two months to get through, and I doubt I'll get ahead of X, but it's time to go home and go hard!
