I did it. Well i also drank a glass of milk but i also danced House for about 2 hours and did weights for another 2 hours so i think i'm alright.
Today i'll eat exactly the same, i'm still on 146 lbs.
Imma start a food log In here. I'll write everything i'm planning to eat and my workout so i have the motivation to stik to it. Also my daily weight.
Breakfast:
2 eggwhites.
Green juice (one apple, 1/2 cumber, like 8 spinach leafs)
(120 cals)
Lunch: 1 cup of veggies, 60 grms of chicken, 1/2 cup of rice
(290 cals)
Dinner: 1 slice of bread, 2 slices of jam, cheese and 1 cup of alfalfa germ
(240 cals)
Inbetween: A mango, protein shake with water.
(230 cals)
TOTAL: 880 CALS
WO: I usually workout at least 2 hours EVERY FUCKING DAY OF MY LIFE and Its still not enough... But i think i burn about 300 cals (?)
FINAL INTAKE
880-300= 580

My biigest trigger Is the thought that I KNOW no one Will ever take me as a serious athlete/artist if i have a don't lose at least 30 pounds. Thats kind of the carrer i chose, my future actually depends on It and still i can't make It happen and that makes me so f mad.
Fuck my life.
I've been trainning (Hard) and dieting for about 8 years now and still i'm fat. You get how frustrating is that for me?
