What's a reporter got to gain going to the frontlines with bounty hunters?” Cindy tries reading from their perspective: for all they know, she could be part of some gang trying to get one up on the Bebop crew and sabotaging their efforts on their next big hunt — or, part of some sensationalizing tabloid station … which, now that she thinks about it, isn't totally untrue — but her intentions are totally pure!

She crosses one leg over the other. “I'll pay for my own grub and stay far out of the way - unless you'll need me in the way, of course. I know my way around defending myself. But for the most part… totally out of the way! No catch - all publicity and an intriguing story about how it's really like: bounty hunting.”

It was more about keeping a low profile than anything. "Well, there's gotta be a catch –" she imposed, finally kicking her foot off from the hull of the ship. "What exactly are your terms here?" she remains still boisterous and yet, pointed all the same in her tone. Faye eyes the camera, making sure the girl saw her gaze roll between her and the lens.

Spike intervenes again, "said it herself – snapping shots from that camera." he puts out the cigarette, barely looking over in the woman's direction. "Seems to me like there's nothin' stopping her from using em against us later." and despite the very blatant accusation, he maintains that same demeanor, only cocking his head slightly to glance over to Cindy.
