Carried Away | Moeko | CH3 Event | Open
“Hmmmmm….”
Moeko liked the idea of a party. Sure, it was out of place and a little strange, but it was a fun occasion. Who could say no to something fun? Yeah, it did kinda suck that the others would be there too, but maybe she could just somehow try to stay out of their way. Really, the atmosphere was what made a party worth going to.
She immediately took a seat at an empty booth close to the back. She was quite content to sit there the whole time, if she were being honest. It was a quaint, comfy spot, and she sat so she could both hear the funky piano as well as watch the others socialize. Resting her head on her hands, she spent a good while just watching. Eventually, she ended up zoning out, and started to stare into space as well as right at someone.
It was that someone walking over to her booth that brought her back to earth. Her immediate thoughts were something along the lines of ‘Oh no, was I staring at them the whole time?’ Even so, it looks like she would just have to roll with it. As they approached, Moeko greeted them slyly.
“…Hello. Having….fun?”

Take A Walk | Moeko | CH2 | Motive Reaction
Moeko slept and slept and slept the days away. She led quite a tired little life at the great seaside murder town. What else could one do in such a situation? She was going to make the most of it, after all. She had kept her presence as minimal as possible, only showing up where she had to. Such as the presentation of the motive.
She stared down at the words, scanning them carefully. Her grip upon the card tightened, and her hands shook slightly. Even so, her expression remained the same, though her brows furrowed slightly, as though she couldn’t understand what….
What was going on here?
Her private life was her private life. The very thing she’d made sure not a single soul would discover, laid bare on a simple blue little card anyone could pick up. As if the words didn’t sting enough as it was! A single misplacement, a single wrong move, any bad turn could lead to–
She would not let this phase her. Moeko Oinuma had this situation under control. Standing straight, she folded the card up as much it would and slipped it into her pocket, her hands jerking as opposed to her previously fluid, if slow, movements. For a minute, it seemed she didn’t know what to do with them, as they made slight, but erratic motions, before finally settling into her pockets. She would be. Just. Fine.
Moeko took in a deep breath, then exhaled. Her expression softened, and she returned to her normal slouch. Her gaze was fixed on the ground as she began to walk.
Where was she going? She wasn’t aware of it, but she was heading towards the Paris Bhlaosc. She walked, and walked, and walked around the park in circles, quietly humming a tune as she did so.

Moeko nodded at Rosario's statement. She wasn't exactly wrong, after all.
"I guess it would...But I wouldn't...break...the rules...I'm not...aaahh...Hm..."
Well. Looks like the rest of that sentence just skiddadled off. Probably for the better as the elevator finally stopped and the doors opened. She rose to her feet and followed Rosario out, looking a little confused. She leaned against the door to her own room, not pursuing the girl further than that. Though, she did watch what she was up to.
She seemed like a busy person, and as much as Moeko didn't get that kind of style, she did wonder what this girl's deal was. True, she hadn't been particularly rude, though she was blunt enough. Frowning, Moeko (somewhat) called out,
"Hey...Wait. Why...are you in such...a hurry?"

This girl was either Stupid, or brave. Rosario had little room to doubt the events that played out in the square but this girl, This girl, Rosario decided it was better to assume stupidity than bravery.
Rosario tapped her foot on the ground waiting for the doors to ding and open up. This Elevator was creeping along at a snail like pace and This girl was just. Rosario decided she didn’t like this girl Just sitting there in the elevator without purpose.
“Whatever. I don’t particularly care, besides you falling asleep would give us a good marker for what happens when you break rules…” The way she said it wasn’t rude or malicious. It was more like she was stating a fact out of a textbook.
Ugh, This girl made a show out of getting comfy in the elevator. Nope Nope. As soon as the doors were open Rosario was off the elevator. Bye Moeko Bye

Moeko sighed internally. Looks like her peaceful elevator ride wasn't going to happen. Oh well, there was always next time, she guessed. Slowly, she lifted her head up, staring inquisitively at the pink haired girl addressing her.
She continue to stare for a minute, thinking about what she'd said. Then, she shrugged her shoulders nonchalantly. Moeko'd rather not think about all those pesky little rules and retributions and what not. She just wanted to have a sit back. So, she calmly replied,
"Naaaaah....I'm over that...whole show, hehe...Besides, I wasn't sleeping...So I don't...have to move. I'm just...waiting to get to...the next floor, where I...will sleep. I'm...tempted though..."
Upon saying that she let out a yawn, causing her to stretch out her arms and legs. She folded them back behind her head once she was done, looking quite relaxed

Rosario had just left the square, this was insane. Everything was insane and suddenly her clothes felt dirty, And to tight, Despite doing laundry since arriving Rosario needed desperately to change. So she headed back to the hotel. Honestly the stairs were a bust because everything felt heavy and Rosario was not about that. Not right now, Actually Rosario was pretty sure she would never be into Stairs. So she stepped onto the elevator. Someone was already there and she silently cursed the name of whichever god was watching over this Field trip. Everything was wrong. Didn’t the world know Rosario needed to be alone at this critical juncture of her life.
Luckily For rosario this girl was either asleep or pretending to be Which made her life easier. Rosario thought about everything for a few seconds after the door closed, Monokuma, Kumi, the new rules, Rosario was in a daze. Like everything was blurring together until her mouth opened and she was facing the girl in the elevator with her knees drawn to her chest.
“There’s a rule against sleeping here, You’ll get in trouble for sleeping here. You’ve gotta get up. I don’t know what the penalty is for breaking them but you saw what they were going to do to that other girl for nothing. You have to move.”
Rosario turned back around and pressed the button for a different floor, And so the elevator moved up.

The smattered colors of ecstatic fright | Moeko | Ch1 Reaction
Well, talk about a fuss with that one. Moeko stood with the crowd, watching with the same, usual smile on her face as the strange events transpired. Slowly, the became stranger and stranger as they went on, eventually crescendo-ing in a big fantastically weird finale. Huh.
She didn’t seem afraid in the slightest, and actually appeared rather relaxed about it. But, could you blame her? As it all went down, it felt more and more unreal, as though she were watching a play unfold before her eyes. She knew that Usagi–Er, Usami, rather, was weird, but she didn’t know she had a whole crew of weird behind her. It made it all so hard to take seriously.
Even as Monokuma (Nice name, nerd) held the rapier to that pretty girl’s neck, Moeko didn’t think he’d actually do it. He was just a silly-looking, weird bear pirate nerd. And Kumi? An even weirder looking nerd that needed to chill.
The more she thought about it, the more it made her giggle. How ridiculous it all was, and yet, how fun it was, and the very nature of the message behind it….The juxtaposition made for some high comedic value, if she had to say so herself.
“Hehehe….ehehehe…”

(( Okay wow I got asked like half of the questions on that list, woah. Sorry this took so long, I had to pop out to eat BUT since I got asked so many and there are a bunch of repeats, I’m just making a big long post with all the ones I got asked :3 ))
☮: when does your character feel most at peace?
It isn't hard for Moeko to feel fairly at peace, really. She's pretty relaxed by default so as long as she's in a comfortable environment by herself she's usually fine.
✿: does your character prefer being indoors or outdoors? Why?
Hm...This is a pretty hard one! Still, I'd have to say that, ultimately, Moeko prefers being outdoors, if only because when the weather's good it's way better to lounge around there than inside.
♡: how does your character flirt?
Hehe...Well, it's a fairly rare occurence but when she does want to flirt it won't go very smoothly in the conversation itself. Actually, though I'm not sure it'd count, she'd just opt for sending notes and things your way with little compliments and maybe some lame pickup lines or something.
✖: how does your character handle sadness?
When Moeko's sad, she either dwells on it for a long time or she distracts herself, it really depends. If the day was already going good she'll probably try to read or something to get her mind off of it, but if the day wasn't going well as it was she'd just kind of. Sit there and brood over it.
☺: what is your character's dream pet?
I think Moeko would always want to have a cat. I don't know why, I just get the feline that she would be right at home with a cat.
✦: does your character have any siblings?
Nope!
★: growing up, how did they do in school? What were their favorite subjects?
This is a bit of an...interesting subject. She did alright in school but that's all I really want to say about that topic at the moment.
♕: Political views & religious views?
I don't think Moeko is especially interested in politics. She doesn't really know much about the subject and so she doesn't really care. As for religious views...I'm not too sure? I don't really know if she follows any religious ideals?
✷: what are family reunions like for your character, or what would they be like if they had them?
Sweats, I don't wanna answer this one just to be safe, although if I had to answer I'd say they probably wouldn't go too too great.
♫: Does your character play any instruments? If not, are there any they've tried to learn?
She doesn't, and she hasn't tried to learn any, but I think if she were interested in an instrument it'd probably be something like a harmonica or something, maybe. Actually. Y'know what. She'd love to play the xylophone. Hell yea.
☞: what were your character's parents like with raising them?
This is one I'd prefer not to answer for backstory spoiler's sake, sorry!!
☠: how does your character celebrate Halloween?
Moeko has never heard of Halloween before. However, if she were introduced to it I think she would buy a costume like online or something and just lounge around the house in it. That should be enough to scare of evil spirits, right? She would then go on to spend the rest of her night in her room with a big bowl of candy and a marathon of horror movies she's never seen before.
