Shisu shakily pushes herself up from the dirt and sand beneath her and as she sits up straight she lifts a hand up to rub at her temples while she tried to stay steady. As her mind finally became clear doubt would pour over her as she started to realize she had no idea why she was wearing dirty, holy woman's armour, in a battlefield littered with fallen combatants. "I..wha' 'appened..why'd this 'appen?" She looks to her right to see a bloody hammer dropped on the ground beside her, and just at that moment the splitting pain of a sudden headache filled her head, causing her to grit her teeth and hold her head with both of her hands. After a long several minutes her pain would subside before she would slowly push herself to her feet to look around before patting herself down, where she'd find a handkerchief with floral patterns surrounding the initials S.S. She gripped the handkerchief tight in her shaking hand, knowing this article of cloth was important to her and that she needed to fight back passing out and potentially dying, to find out why. So she began to walk, staggeringly, in a single direction in hopes of finding civilization as well as someone that could help her.((Thank you for the question @lalaliya !))
