"Because I think you have potential." he said simply. He nodded and lead her into the club, nodding to the bouncer an explaining Vero was with him. As they made their way through the crowds, he glanced back at her and couldn't help but chuckle, "It's actually a new experience, being with a person in the club and them being so... aloof." He nudged her playfully, "Drink?"

I just heard the words 'wisely' and 'kindness'. And what you said was astoundingly long winded.

It ended like an awesome one.

You visited your sick aunt who was assigned a hot nurse? Sounds like the start of a bad porno scene.

...Well, aren't you a saint?
Tell me this place eventually livens up
I’ve just never really thought of it that way. It’s always been there. I mean, I’ve gotten myself a job and I do like earning money for myself but I feel like so long as you spend it wisely and with kindness it doesn’t really matter if you earned it or not, not really.
Yeah, fairly well.

"That's the spirit." he said approvingly. He wasn't one to enjoy down time all that much. He folded his arms and leant back against his seat as he listened, "Fucking hell, it should matter to you." he smiled a bit. "We'll see how it all pans out for you if we continue to hang out, Vero." They pulled up and Fitz grinned, "Here we go." He got out of his side of the car before walking around to open the door for her. Once she was out, he gestured to the club in front of them, thriving with life and buzz, "Shall we?"

But that sense of earning your own money, that pride, you never really wanted that? Jesus, man.
Really? So you know it well.
Tell me this place eventually livens up
Right, well I’m not too sure what to say to that. I’ve never had to worry about money or really do anything to earn it until recently. Money has never been an issue for me.
I was born and raised right here, actually.

Fitz laughed heartily at Vero's joke, impressed with her wit. He slid into the car with her and closed the door after himself. "Yeah, pretty much. I do things and then move on to the next." "Surface, sir?" The muffled voice of the driver came through from the front of the car. "That would be excellent, James." he turned to her as they set off, "I think it might be impatience." he remarked. He looked at her for a moment, "You don't seem like the impatient type, you seem like you might just go with the flow." he gestured to their current situation, "You just did, in fact."

I am, aren't I? I came here to visit my sick aunt, I was going to leave but then she got this really hot nurse so I decided I'd better stick around for that.

Too lazy to log into Naomi to write on the OOC blog. I'm about to drop, sleep is a thing. I'll reply tomorrow, lovelies.

Fitz grinned at the blonde as he retrieved his phone from his pocket, "Of course I'm demanding. No other way to be, it gets shit done." He pressed a few buttons on his phone, speed dialling, "It's a surprise, Vero." He realised quickly that taking her on this little journey without really knowing her could look dodgy, "I'm not a rapist by the way. Look." he spotted a nearby security camera, waving at it, "There, Bristol has my face." He drew his phone close to his ear, "Yeah, bring her round. Cheers." The blue eyed man, rounded a corner with Vero and there, pulling up, was a town car. He opened the door for her and gestured for her to go first, "Future's calling."

Damn straight.
Neither of those are what I had in mind, except maybe travelling to our destination. Walk with me.

Are you one of those people?
In fact, don't answer that, the answer's obvious.
Tell me this place eventually livens up
It will if you surround yourself with the right people but that’s still not a promise.

I feel exceptionally special in that case.
Fuck it, let's not dwell on the past, Vero. The future's calling. What do you do for fun? I'd like to see a smile on that pretty face of yours.
