40th Anniversary Ceremony of the Foundation of Shincheonji

In commemoration of the 40th anniversary of the founding of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony, the commemoration ceremony and worship service were held at Cheongpyeong Shincheonji Peace Training Center, and excellent safety management and order maintenance were once again highlighted.

The ceremony was organized to offer glory to God by looking back on the process that Shincheonji Church of Jesus has grown since being founded on March 14, 1984. In addition, plans and visions for the year ahead were shared, and they pledged to serve and practice as light and salt while fulfilling the role of the church in civil society.

Approximately 30,000 church members attended the site, and it was live-broadcasted to 66 countries including Korea simultaneously.

Shincheonji Church of Jesus has prepared the event by maintaining the order and safety management of the participants as a top priority, considering that more people are gathering compared to the size of the event. The organizers have already established a detailed safety management plan to reflect their experience of holding three graduation ceremonies with 100,000 graduates safely and smoothly. The saints also exercised a high sense of citizenship, actively followed the leadership of the staff, and helped maintain smooth order.

Chairman Lee explained the meaning and background of steady growth, saying, "The beginning (of Shincheonji Church of Jesus) was too weak. But today, many people came because God sent angels from heaven according to what it is written in the Bible." "Jesus also wanted to throw his whole body and go as God's will. So today, we must know God and our hope, not blind faith," he said. "We must follow God's will and love our neighbors as I do," he emphasized. Lastly, "More and more people are learning the Book of Revelation, which is the purpose of God in the Bible. I am grateful," he said. Also, "Let more people be saved by the word. Let's work together to achieve a good world."

Then it was followed by celebratory performances prepared by the 12 tribes to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Shincheonji's foundation.

Meanwhile, Shincheonji Church of Jesus has continued to develop since its foundation, despite the atmosphere of the worldwide Christian downturn. Since the establishment of the Zion Christian Mission Center in Sadang, Seoul, in June 1990, there has been a steady increase in the number of graduates. At the 110th graduation ceremony in 2019, 103,764 graduates were produced, opening the era of 100,000 graduates. Since then, 106,186 and 108,084 have completed the Zion Christian Mission Center in 2022 and 2023, respectively, achieving more than 100,000 enrollment for the two consecutive years.

At the same time, as a result of promoting the exchanging of teachings with the value of shared growth through harmony with the religious circles at home and abroad, 443 churches in South Korea and 9,462 churches in 77 countries abroad signed MOUs to exchange teachings. 1,382 churches from 38 countries globally recognized the excellence of the word by changing their signboards to Shincheonji Church of Jesus after the exchange of teachings.

An official from Shincheonji Jesus Church said, "As we prepared the event with a focus on safety and order, we felt rewarded when the event went smoothly. We also thank the saints for their active participation in the instructions," adding, "This year will be an example for society, a church that fulfills its social role as a church community, and a church that becomes light and salt."

2024 Shincheonji Bible Seminar in Busan

"I reflected on the words that say, 'I must change myself first.' I want to delve deeper into the teachings of Shincheonji Church and, initially, share them with pastors and eventually spread the gospel to the world."

Following the event in Ulsan on the 17th, the second '2024 Shincheonji Bible Seminar' of the year took place in Busan on the 20th. Pastor A, who has been active as a missionary for about 20 years, shared these thoughts.

Instead of opposing Shincheonji Church outright, other pastors should create opportunities to listen to the teachings and make judgments."

The keynote speaker at the Bible seminar, Chairman Lee Man-hee, stated, "Now is the time when the prophecy of Revelation is being fulfilled in reality. Only those who have seen and heard this reality can testify to it." He emphasized, "The testimony of those who have seen the reality comes from Shincheonji Church. If there are any inaccuracies, please talk to us."

The Chairman said, "The book of Revelation is a prophecy, and when the time comes, the true reality appears exactly as prophesied. Therefore, if one has added to or subtracted from Revelation, one cannot enter heaven but will receive curses. We must be aware of this fact." He emphasized, "We need to know who is saved and who is not."

Continuing, he said, "I am not speaking words that are not in the Bible. If you listen and understand the words in the Bible and act accordingly, then you can become a walking Bible.” He explained, "Anyone who listens to this word and keeps it in their hearts will be transformed by the word." While he said, "Learn the words of the Bible and feel the change within yourself," applause and cheers filled the audience, accompanied by the crowd responding with "Amen."

He urged pastors not to forget their responsibility, saying, "You must teach the Book of Revelation to everyone; otherwise, you should feel sorry. Look at yourself, reflect, and confirm. You should have knowledge of the Bible for verification. Pastors, more than anyone else, must understand and lead in the proclaiming of this word."

B, a 57-year-old woman who has always been interested in the Bible, said, "I was amazed by the straightforward interpretation without even opening the Bible. I have attended various churches, but this is the first time I've heard the Bible explained so clearly. I want to learn the Bible properly through Shincheonji's Bible lectures."

A representative from Andrew Tribe of Shincheonji stated, "The reason so many people attended the first Bible seminar of the year in Busan, following Ulsan, is primarily the thirst for the Bible's teachings." He added, "We plan to continue providing opportunities for pastors and citizens in Busan to resolve their curiosity about the Bible."

100,000 Graduation Ceremony of Shincheonji Zion Christian Mission Center Held on the 12th

The '100,000 Graduation Ceremony,' which was held on the 12th by more than 100,000 saints who entered Shincheonji Church of Jesus this year, was completed in an orderly manner without a single accident.

The card section, which encapsulates the meaning of "All Chapters of the Entire Book of Revelation," is considered the only comprehensive cultural and artistic content in the world that expresses the prophecy of the Book of Revelation and its physical reality.

Chung Hyeon-mo's graduation speech, following the award of the graduation certificate, the moving of the tassels, and the award of the certificate of merit, also received a lot of attention.

More Than 200 Pastors Attended the Bible Seminar Held at Shincheonji Church in Daejeon on the 11th

The encouraging response of pastors who attended the Bible Seminar hosted by Chairman Lee Man-hee of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (hereafter referred to as Shincheonji Church of Jesus) is drawing attention.

Furthermore, "We need to know this word and the physical fulfillment in order to be said as 'not adding to or subtracting from [Revelation]'. Reading the Bible continuously is not everything," he said, adding "We must trust the Book of Revelation correctly and make it ours."

He also stressed that those who have mastered the new covenant should have true faith and said, "This is absolute, and those who ignore it and oppose it will not be saved."

"The believers of Shincheonji are evangelizing with absolute faith in God's words," Chairman Lee said. "Let's be colleagues who go to heaven together."

Participants often responded with "Amen" or applauded and listened to Chairman Lee's lectures. There were also many audience members who saved the contact information that was shown for those who wish to inquire about follow-up education in their mobile phones.

"Korean church will achieve growth if we become one through exchanging the word"

A large-scale meeting of pastors and journalists was held to renovate the deteriorating Korean church and discuss the direction of religious development based on the Bible, drawing attention from the religious community.

Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (Chairman Lee Man-hee) held a meeting at Shincheonji Peace Training Center in Cheongpyeong on the 18th and invited pastors and journalists. When asked about the method of coexistence and development with Shincheonji Church of Jesus in relation to the stagnation of Korean churches, Chairman Lee replied, "If you are a believer, you should be qualified to deliver the words from the Bible," adding, "If pastors fully understand the words of Revelation and teach them to their saints, they will be able to develop as much as possible."

Regarding the level of Bible education in established churches, Chairman Lee emphasized that "the only thing believers need to learn, feel, and know is the Bible," adding, "For this reason, Shincheonji Church of Jesus is teaching and learning to become a walking Bible, engraving Revelation in their heart."

In the meantime, Chairman Lee reiterated, "If you are a pastor, you must teach the Bible and Revelation to fulfill your appointed duty."

An incumbent pastor, who is currently serving as a professor at the Graduate School of Theology, was the presenter, adding to the meaning of this meeting. He stated, "Currently, Korean Christianity is deeply immersed in activities for benefits and has forgotten its original mission to positively impact the world." He expressed concerns as an educator, thinking about the future role of the seminary students he teaches.

[Shincheonji Church of Jesus] Students and Church Members in their 70s Should Start Preaching Revelation

A regular church member, who has neither attended a theology school nor preached, stands at the pulpit and preaches the Book of Revelation of the Bible smoothly. Church members starting from those in their teens to their 70s fluently preached on Revelation, which even pastors with decades of experience are reluctant to do, drawing surprise. This is the Wednesday service of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (Shincheonji Church of Jesus, Chairman Man-hee Lee). [With this sermon,] I am happy that the hope of all saints being able to fill the role of a pastor is becoming a reality and I gained confidence. In the future, I will continue to practice doing lectures and sermons as well as 1:1 educations."

Lee Eun-ji (28, female), a member of Shincheonji Dongdaemun Church, who preached three years and five months after entering Shincheonji Church of Jesus, said, "I have been studying online due to COVID-19 while thinking that I should become a priest (pastor) someday. I am thankful that I get to understand Revelation through this sermon."

Bae Won-young (54, male), who lived a life of faith at a pre-existing church since the age of 7 and joined Shincheonji Church of Jesus in his late 40s, said, "When regular church members were given a chance to preach, I thought, 'I want to do it first' and while preparing for the sermon, it was a time to fully understand the Book of Revelation, and I felt confident that I could do it."

In addition, among the saints who were in charge of preaching, various responses were made such as, "If it weren't for Shincheonji Church of Jesus, I wouldn't have had this opportunity and I wouldn't have this hope," "I'm a layman, but I gained confidence that I can do everything if I have the Word," and "I received a lot of grace while preparing for the sermon. Bible Seminar of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, 6,800 people from 12 locations across the country on the 22nd

At Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony, 12 regions across the country held the “Revealing the Reality of the New Testament's Revelation” simultaneously on the 22nd, and pastors and church members who attended the Bible seminar responded that it was a time to reflect on their sermons and lives of faith.

Also, they actively utilized photos and presentations to help participants understand. As a result, the participants, who started listening to the lectures in a rather rigid manner at the beginning, later listened to the lectures actively answering questions or nodding their heads and taking notes.

A pastor, who has been preaching in Gyeonggi Province for 10 years, said, "When I watched the lecture that clearly summarizes from Genesis to Revelation, I thought, 'I am a pastor too, but I can't do that.' It was really good, and if I have the chance, I would like to attend again and find out more."

Pastor Kim Mo (69, male), who is a pastor in Jeollanam Province, said, "I hope I can learn (at Shincheonji Church of Jesus) and testify the Bible like the tribe leader who gave the lecture today. There are many places in preexisting denominations that testifies stories, not the Word, and I confirmed again that Shincheonji only conveys the Word," he affirmed.

A survey was also conducted with the participants at the Bible seminar, and 82.6% of the respondents said it was "very helpful" or "helpful" when asked how much it helped them understand Revelation.

In addition, 26.3% of the respondents answered "negative" and 41.2% answered "positive" to the question of how they perceived Shincheonji Church of Jesus before attending the Bible seminar, while 5.4% responded "negative" and 71.5% "positive" when asked about their perception after attending the Bible seminar, recording dramatic change. The Success of Shincheonji's Bible Seminar in Daegu... "After hearing it, misunderstanding becomes understanding."

The Bible seminars where the Chairman Man-hee Lee from Shincheonji Church of Jesus was the lecturer was held every week in each region of Seoul, Busan, Daejeon, and Incheon from April 22. It received a great response, with about 14,000 people attending, including about 1,500 pastors.

He added saying, "I could feel the strength of Shincheonji's growth in the lecture as they do not just interpret the parables but focus on the prophecy and the actual realities of Revelation based on the Bible."

Chairman Lee, who took the podium without a prepared manuscript, continued his powerful speech for an hour, overwhelming the audience. He started the lecture with his testimony of how he began his faith from being an ordinary farmer to one day being guided by a star of heaven. He said, "I stood here to convey to the pastors the fulfillment of Revelation shown by God." He added, "God and Jesus did not record the Bible as a joke. The Book of Revelation was recorded as a promise, delivered for 2,000 years, and became fulfilled today."

Chairman Lee also said, "If you are a believer who bases your faith on the Bible, then shouldn’t you verify (the fulfilled realities)? You should judge with the word of God, the Bible, instead of accusing others as cults based on your own thoughts and judgment."

◆ "The seminar that pastors must see"

Most of the pastors, who sat in the front seats, listened to Chairman Lee's lecture with serious expressions. Some listened to him attentively, writing down what he was saying.

A pastor of the Presbyterian Church of Korea said, "Chairman Lee emphasized, 'Let's humble ourselves. Let's respect each other. Apart from religion, let's meet as human-to-human and make up for each other’s shortcomings and share," which was very impressive. He added, "I think it is the right response of the religious community to check and evaluate [the word] directly rather than criticizing unconditionally with a closed mind."

Many evaluated that it was a lecture that pastors must see.

Elder Kim from the Presbyterian Church said, "It was my first time listening to Chairman Lee's lecture, and I was surprised. I thought I should study more and spread it to churchgoers. It was beneficial to hear many good teachings that enlightened me when I look at the Bible. I was also quite moved by the disciplined performance and the orderly appearance of the venue."

He also added, "Pastors tend to insist that only their churches are good. I hope they can learn good teachings and teach to the believers. After hearing this in person, I hope more people would listen to it and the word becomes spread well."

Protestants say that pastors have begun to seriously verify Shincheonji's teachings based on the reaction of many pastors who attended the Shincheonji Bible Seminar.

Shincheonji Church of Jesus has held online Bible seminars through its official YouTube channel since the COVID-19 pandemic. Through the Bible seminars that were translated into each language, people overseas naturally encountered seminars of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, and more pastors began to ask for an official word exchanging with Shincheonji Church of Jesus.

In fact, according to the report on the overseas MOU status released by the Department of the International Missions of Shincheonji Church, 7,800 churches in 80 countries have signed MOUs with Shincheonji Church as of the end of May - the combined number of church members of these churches amount to more than 819,000. Shincheonji Bible Seminar, Successful in Daegu... "You must check with the Bible, not your own thoughts"

Chairman Man-hee Lee's Revelation Bible Seminar of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony in Seoul, Busan, Daejeon, Gwangju, and Incheon, was held for pastors successfully in Daegu amid fiery interest and response from pastors and believers.

"Shincheonji refers to a new era that is created after an era ends," said Chairman Lee, who mentioned the prophecy of Nam Sago. "In Revelation chapter 21, when the first heaven and first earth pass away, the new heaven and new earth is created, and God and the kingdom of heaven will come. The same logic as Noah's time," he explained. "Since I have seen the prophecy and the physical reality of the Bible, I wasn’t able to deny it. I have seen, heard, and felt what have been recorded in the word, but it wasn’t my doing," he said. "If you look at Revelation 22:16, it says to testify to the churches what you have seen and heard, but will the churches accept it? You have to take a test in public based on the Bible," he also said.

This Bible Seminar is the first offline seminar held by Shincheonji Church of Jesus since 2020. Shincheonji Church of Jesus has held online seminars actively through its official YouTube channel since 2021.

In the unique situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, believers have found a way to quench their spiritual thirst online rather than at the church that they were attending, and they can now naturally access seminars of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, which were burdensome to access offline.

The Shincheonji Bible Seminar held in Daejeon, where around 2,000 pastors and believers gathered, and in one voice said, "Let us acknowledge it."

While the "Testimony on the Fulfillment of Revelation" Bible Seminar of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (Shincheonji) was held in Daejeon on the 6th, pastors who attended unanimously said, "We must acknowledge the word of Shincheonji."

Pastor Jeon, who has been a pastor for 27 years said, "I am studying the Book of Revelation, but I attended [the Bible Seminar] because I wanted to know more and understand the secrets," adding, "As I took the opportunity to change through today's word, it is my appointed duty to lead people with the same thoughts into the Lord's arms."

Pastor Kim, a pastor in Jeollanam Province, said, "The word of Shincheonji is accurate, detailed, and certain," adding, "We need to learn this word more accurately so we can put in effort to fulfill Revelation."

He continued, "I hope a lot of events like the Bible Seminar will be held because I am touched when I hear the words of Chairman Man-hee Lee."

Pastor Kim, who has been a pastor for 38 years, also said, "This Bible Seminar was an opportunity to repent and reflect on whether I was really on my path as a pastor," adding, "I met the word of truth and I felt hope and joy again."

He then said, "I will acknowledge my shortcomings and learn the word properly, and I will spread the right word of God and teach the church members at the pulpit that the revealed word is appearing in reality."

Chairman Lee Man-hee, who was the lecturer on that day, told the pastors,

"We believe in the same book as there is only one Bible, one God and one Jesus," and added, "I hope that we won't argue with each other, but we will work with a mindset of discussing, learning, understanding, and cooperating."

"The Book of Revelation is a book of prophecy. It has been spread all over the world for many years," he also said. "It was fulfilled according to the prophecies, and the pastor who was chosen today must testify to what has been fulfilled," he explained.

He emphasized "We need to check whether the testimony is correct or not through the Bible," and "We need to check through Revelation and believe it if it is correct."

"Just as many pastors teach many people, I hope you all will fully understand the Book of Revelation and teach the believers," Chairman Lee said. He emphasized, "Just as John said in John chapter 1, the 'Word was with God, and the Word was God,' if the word is in me, God is with me."

He also said, "It is not everything just memorizing Revelation from Chapters 1 to 22," adding, "The pastor should first know the reality when the words of Revelation, which is the book of prophecies, are fulfilled and then teach the believers."

More than 500 pastors and 1,500 believers from various denominations in Chungcheongnam Province, Chungcheongbuk Province, Jeollanam Province, and Jeollabuk Province, including Daejeon, Gwangju, and Jeonju, attended the Bible Seminar in Daejeon, and 8,000 believers watched the live broadcast on YouTube.

Many former and current pastors participated in the Bible Seminar hosted by Shincheonji Church of Jesus, and regarding this, a church official said, "It is a phenomenon that should be paid considerable attention to in churches", and "the Korean churches are too passive in educating the interpretation of the Book of Revelation and the end of the world." He also added "Since the mentioning [of Revelation] itself is a taboo, not only the curious believers but also the pastors are finding the word beyond the internet, and as a result, this has led them to the offline Bible Seminar."

The "Testimony on the Fulfillment of Revelation" Shincheonji Bible Seminar is broadcast live on the official YouTube channel of Shincheonji Church of Jesus, and will end at Incheon on the 13th.

Meanwhile, as domestic and international pastors who heard Shincheonji's teachings officially began to request an exchanging of the word, the signing of MOUs were held from 2022, and as of the end of April, 6,600 people in 78 countries and 250 people in Korea participated. It is also noteworthy that more than 5,000 of them are studying the teachings of Shincheonji Church of Jesus. Testimony of a Pastor Who Attended the Shincheonji Revelation Bible Seminar

"I haven't been able to touch [upon] the Book of Revelation while preaching until now. But Shincheonji gave a sure testimony, so I received strength. I too want to do my best to be a witness."

"Honestly, the church community avoids preaching on the Book of Revelation. Because, if you preach incorrectly, you'll be called heresy. But I was impressed by the word [spoken] today. I think we should know what we need to know at the end times."

It was last April 22nd.

These are the testimonies from pastors who attended the "Testimony on the Fulfillment of Revelation" Bible Seminar hosted by Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.

On this day, 500 pastors and 1000 church members who are interested in the word were present at the Bible Seminar given by Chairman Man-hee Lee, and they listened earnestly to the fulfilled reality of the promises in Revelation that were fulfilled and appeared on this earth.

Due to the current religious situation in South Korea, it is not easy to attend a Bible seminar hosted by Shincheonji Church of Jesus.

However, it is quite atypical that 500 pastors attended that day.

And the number of pastors who watched the Bible Seminar online was much higher than this.

The number of views of the Bible Seminar, which was broadcast live on YouTube, was approximately 50,000 after the event.

Pastors mainly living in Seoul, Gyeonggi rovince, Incheon, and Gangwon province attended the Bible Seminar.

According to the denominations of pastors who attended the Bible Seminar on this day, 69.1% were Presbyterian, followed by Methodist (7.4%), Full Gospel (3.6%), and Holiness (2.5%).

And by position, the most were pastors at 60.9% and elders at 26%.

In addition, evangelists (5.6%), seminary students (4.7%), missionaries (1.8%), and probation pastors (1.1%) attended the Bible Seminar.

This situation in which so many pastors participated in the Bible Seminar of Revelation by Shincheonji Church of Jesus, it can be said that this is "a phenomenon that should be paid considerable attention to by the church commuity".

Currently, the Korean churches are too passive in educating the interpretation of the Book of Revelation.

Especially when the mention of Revelation itself is a taboo, not just the thirsty believers but also the pastors search for the word regarding Revelation, and as a result, has led them to the offline Bible Seminar.

At this Bible Seminar, Chairman Man-hee Lee explained in detail the overall contents, outline, order of fulfillment, and core contents of the Book of Revelation, as well as the prophecies and fulfilled reality of each Bible chapter.

Chairman Man-hee Lee said, "If you ask me if I have added to or subtracted from Revelation, I can say, 'Do YOU know?' Yes. I know and I want to convey it." He also emphasized, "I'm here today to tell you the fulfilled reality, not the prophecies."

Additionally, Chairman Man-hee Lee pointed out, "It is John who has seen all the events in Revelation 22:8, and it is written in Revelation 22:16, that this person who has seen and heard everything should be sent to the churches to testify to what he has seen and heard." He appealed, "We must believe this word. Shouldn't we follow Jesus' words? Let's understand the true word of God and become God's people in God's kingdom and give thanks and glory to God."

Meanwhile, a retired pastor of the Full Gospel Church said, "It was a time of much grace as he delivered the Bible as it is."

"It is so touching especially when he interpreted the entire Bible, without leaving anything out, in detail. Ususally, most pastors only use necessary verses when teaching the Bible, but Chairman Man-hee Lee testified from the beginning to the end, and it was so impressive," he testified.

"My head kept nodding the entire time while listening to the word. I was very touched today," another pastor said. "When I heard it in person, I realized that there are many wrong thoughts about Shincheonji in the churches. The word is only available here. I'm thankful that I was able to attend the Bible Seminar," he confessed.

Starting with the Bible Seminar in Seoul, Shincheonji Church of Jesus held the Bible Seminar in Busan on the 30th and will hold it in Daejeon on May 6th.

Uganda, an African country where 84% of the population is Christian.

A modern and busy country with vast untapped nature and abundant water resources. Do you know the Republic of Uganda located in the eastern part of Africa, the Pearl of Africa?

There is a Pentecostal Friendship Meeting on Wednesdays, and an all-night prayer gathering on Fridays.

And they offer worship service on Sundays.

As of 2023, there are approximately 300 churches in Uganda that have received understanding of the Bible and signed MOUs with Shincheonji Church.

And among them, more and more churches are moving their affiliations.

There are churches in Uganda that have now moved to Shincheonji.

Through the MOU, Shincheonji Church of Jesus located in Kampala has been actively exchanging the word since 2019.

The reason why Shincheonji Church signs MOUs with other churches is to make sure that all believers receive God's true will.

It is also to study and understand God's true will so that we can become one with God and Jesus.

First, after the MOU is signed, an instructor is dispatched to the church, and after discussing how they should study, they start the education at the church and work to fulfill God's will.

Why did the churches in Uganda move to Shincheonji and their affiliations?

The reason is that Shincheonji has the word of truth.

What is the secret of Shincheonji Zion Christian Mission Center?

Shincheonji Zion Christian Mission Center was established in 1990, and in 2023, many people are attending and listening to the lectures.

In particular, more than 100,000 graduates were produced in both 2019 and 2022, thus, the largest graduation ceremonies as a single denomination in the world were held.

Many pastors in Korea and abroad who have encountered this are showing great interest in the comeback of Shincheonji by searching and watching the online Bible seminars from 2021 to 2022.
