ingredients - instant coffee, water, vanilla extract, milk (opt), sweetner
directions - make your coffee like you usually do (with milk for a better taste), add crushed ice and cold water (only a tad), add sweetners, vanilla extract then blend in a fast circular motion with a hand blender until it’s soft and creamy.

vanilla cheesecake stuffed strawberries — ˗ˋ ୨୧ ˊ˗ —
ingredients - 6 strawberries, 60g light cream cheese, 1/2 tbsp sweetener, 1/8 tsp vanilla extract, small squeeze of lemon juice, 1/4 digestive biscuit or graham cracker
how to - cut around the top of a strawberry and remove the stem and core. use a spoon to hollow out the inside. combine the cream cheese, sweetener, lemon juice and vanilla extract and mix in a bowl until smooth. transfer filling into a piping back and fill each strawberry. chill for 20 minutes. crush biscuit over the top of each for a final touch!

low cal two ingredient mochi recipe ˗ˏˋ ꒰ ♡ ꒱ ˎˊ˗
ingredients - halo top ice cream ( 90 )
you can use any halo top ice cream but for the recipe i’m using the lowest cal one: strawberry.
ingredients - mochiko ( sweet rice flour ) for ( 191 )
mochiko is sweet rice flour, it’s inexpensive at only $3, you can buy it online.
directions - melt ice cream ( around 1/3 cup), mix in 1/3 cup of mochiko. place plastic wrap over mix and poke small holes into it. microwave 1 min then 45 sec. after microwaving, knead and roll out dough using corn starch. cut rolled out dough into four pieces. place scoop of ice cream on each piece and cover the ice cream like a dumpling.
disclaimer - depending on your microwave watts the time may change
this may not be the lowest of calories but it’s lower than normal ice cream mochi which is about 500 calories due to the ice cream and covering. hopefully you like the recipe, if you do please reblog this ୨୧
