My love for you only grows as we do, the days showing me more of what I could have. Like the night turns to day, the sun rising so the moon can have its sleep; I watch you smile and find your own kind of peace.

it’s past midnight, and you drink the the giggles and snorts of the person sitting in front of you. Waving their hand to allow the fresh nail polish set, while you try to hold in your own set of giggles. The smear of whipped cream on both of your noses, the tart taste of strawberries lingering on your tongue as you reach to while theirs away, loosing any composure when it only creates a bigger mess.

I’d like to say, as my first post; spooning the person you’re in love with, resting your chin on their shoulder as they scroll aimlessly through their social media’s. They pause to look over at you and accept the chaste kiss you give them on the side of their cheek and continue to melt into your warm embrace while the world is quiet all around you.
